I wish I had met you sooner! I am very sorry that I did not add Tagalog to the 44 languages that the Smartcoins Wallet supports. If you Follow me here on steemit I will try to get you an update on a future version release where we can add that language. Again, my apologies. Thank you so much for your offer though :)
