 Creative thinking is one of the core ingredient as far as personal improvement is concerned. The common nation that creative thinking is related to Intelligence Quotient(IQ) of an individual is a total lie that does not hold water. More often, you would find people regarding great creative thinkers as the genius of their time. 

Such thinking is a misplaced one. This should be the very first point that should be noted by who wants to be a creative thinker. That creative thinking is for genius is a total fallacy. Though being creative is not simple, it is at the same time not talent-based.

The other important fact to not is that, creativity does not come under pressure. You can't be a creative thinker by working within a very tight schule and routines. By doing so, you will be overburdened to meet deadlines.In this case, you will be driven by axiety and fear and whatever you may come up with might have not come out naturally. So, what am implying here is that, creativity comes under a relaxed mind. It is good therefore in order for an individual to enhance his or her creative thinking skills, he or she should play, play and play always.! This will enable one to built on his or her creative skills out of curiosity.

People who want to be creative thinkers need to know that creativity is all about thinking and creating a new thing, provided that whatever you have thought about and created never existed before. Whether whatever you have come up with is big or small does not act as a basis to measure and determine whether somebody is creative or not. The complexity of something that has been created is a none-issue.

The question of number of times should not apply in creative thinking. If you want to be creative, you should do something over and over again. The moment you think about something and create it, and it happens that you fail, you shoul roll your sleeves and start afresh until you succeed. It is being said that the more you repeatedly do something to more you learn about it, the better you understand it. You should therefore be persistence and never lose hope. I know of many great creative thinkers who did so and came up with unimaginable innovations.

In ehancing creative thinking, time is not a limited resource. Never should you throw away an idea that has failed today, instead keep it locked. You may need it in future It may mean the time of that idea has not come.That is not a waste of time. on the same note, it doen't matter how long you take to think and create something. I know of a novelist who took twenty years to write a one hundred page novel. The novel became the best seller and remained relevant for close to one centuty. How about a comedian taking five years to create a joke that trends for twenty years?

In a nutshell, it is worth to realise that anybody can become a great creative thinker as this is not reserved for special people, talented nor genius.
