It will all depend on how many people are in that voting pool. They take their total voting value ($159) and then that is split depending on how many people are in the pool. If you're the only one voting then you'd get an upvote for $159. If someone else voted with .50 as well then you would each share the $159 and get $77 upvote for each of you. If they put in a dollar and you still only put in .50 then they would get an upvote for $115.50. So in the end it all depends how many people are in that particular voting pool.
