Nevertheless,It can be a bit tricky for the translation system to convey the exact meaning of the authors. 
In the case of literary works in particular, the individual tendencies of each cultural community can be heard. 
Therefore, it is difficult for other language users to grasp the author's intention by simple translation.
We believe in respecting activities in different cultural areas.
Downvote is also a cultural area, but I think there is a clear need for the various forms in which it is done, as well as respect for each cultural community.

People who can't use the Google translate easily. Are they have no right to upload the posting by their own language ?
