Where are the rules?

The post goes to 100% null so that's fine, but we need to know where the comment rewards are going  to have confidence this is not a scam. In the case of my @burnpost, the rules state clearly that the rewards will be burned, the comment liquid rewards are burned in real time by a bot, likewise for the ongoing power down.

Alternately you could use one of the alternate interfaces that lets you specify beneficiaries on comments.

나는 이런 행위를 하는 유저도 있다, 그걸 보여주는것이지 이런 행위를 나는 하지 않습니다.
이게 스팀 생태계에 어떻게 도움이 되나요. 전혀 도움이 되지 않습니다. 말 그대로 눈가리고 아웅 하는것입니다. 자기 실속은  다 챙겨 가면서 스팀 생태계를 위해서는 전혀 도움이 되지 않습니다. 이런걸 뭐라 하는지 압니까?

아까운 나무로 빈솟에 불때서 지 손만 녹이는 아주 몰렴치한 사람들이 하는 행위 입니다. 이왕이면 물을 끓이던 밥을 짓던 메주를 쑤던 아님 라면이라도 끓여서 굶는 사람에게 나눔을 하던 해야지 빈솟에 불때는 일이 과연 얻는것이 뭐가 있나요?

쓰레기를 소각하는 소각장도 요즘은 이런식의 소각은 하지 않습니다.
폐열을 회수해서 발전을 하던 난방을 하던 합니다.
나는 나의 보팅 권한을 이렇게 비참하게 만들고 싶지 않습니다.

Albeit I have some uncertainty since google translation is terrible, but I don't believe that you answered my question, so I will reiterate:

Where the rules for this? The post which was copy-pasted by this one has linked rules which explain when and how the burning will occur. This one does not.

It is important that when a claim about burning is made, that the burning actually occur, and further that voters have some sort of transparency about the process. If it does not, that is fraud, and the poster responsible is a scammer.

In this case, the post itself will have rewards burned by the blockchain. The comments will not. There needs to be accountability on how and when the comment rewards will be burned.
