Pushing the conversation for layer 2 decentralization Friday night at 9pm

It's hard to find a time when I can get people from all over the world together.  So, this one might not be perfect, but I'm calling the first "decentralize the layer 2" meeting for this Friday at 9pm Eastern.

Cryptomancer should have created a document as part of the Hive-Engine wiki that covers how to create smart contracts. This should allow generally skilled JS developers to write smart contracts for this platform. 

My goal is to find additional devs that can help write smart contracts, especially using the framework cryptomancer provides, so that I can get him to take the lead on the P2P network without losing the focus on the business logic contracts Hive-Engine needs to attract more businesses to Hive/Hive-Engine.

## Scope of work

For this meeting I want to discuss the P2P layer for Hive-Engine.  How we can use it for governance and include other projects/communities as well.  How we write smart contracts. 
 What smart contracts we're looking to create.  And I want to try to get a ballpark of how many people are interested in helping and what it will take to get all the various parts completed.

I imagine there will be bounties paid in at least BEE, maybe WORKERBEE, possibly HIVE and other tokens as well as there are many projects that will benefit from this as well as the chain and HIVE token in general.

Is anyone else having a problem today with accounts? My balance shows 0 Hive when I should have a staked balance and a cash balance. No funds have been moved but nothing is showing up on 2 different accounts. I had this happen before and it eventually refreshed with the correct balance.

Hardforks are bumpy, most take a day off for just this reason.
You problem is likely resolved by now and was caused by an api call not returning data.
