Hello Hivers, greetings to all my friends from the hive, I have been somewhat absent from this community due to some personal problems, but I return here because I want to tell you about one of the most successful miniseries of the moment in Colombia and I know that when you see it you will be fascinated Like me, so without lengthening this I explain what this series is about.

Netflix premiered on August 14, 2020 the miniseries called El robo del Siglo, a production of Colombian origin created by Pablo González and Camilo Salazar Prince. It should be noted that it is a drama based on real events, an aspect to consider during comparisons. And it is that while watching the series it will be impossible not to remember series as successful as La casa de papel, since the latter is the benchmark within that genre today.

We are going to move between October 15 and 17, 1994 when the Banco De La Republica bank in Valledupar was the subject of a multimillion-dollar robbery known from the media as El Robo Del Siglo En Colombia. This criminal story starts two years before the masterstroke, with Roberto ‘Chayo’ Lozano (Parra) leading his team in a robbery that goes badly. Twenty-four months later, he tries to move on in Bogotá, keeping up appearances for his wife Luisa and his teenage daughter, who wants to celebrate her quinces party at all costs. Las cuentas no dan para mantener su estilo de vida y una joyería que da más pérdidas que ganancias, por eso, endeudado hasta la coronilla, Roberto da su último manotazo de ahogado y ve en la propuesta de Vicente ‘El Sardino’ Morales (Juan Sebastián Calero) esa posibilidad de salvación.

Logistics and planning are crucial for these "honest and sophisticated" thieves who do not resort to violence, especially when the profits are so great, as well as everything that can go wrong. This time Molina will stay in the rear, timing and guiding each step of the group. Much to their regret, they must also include the police and the corrupt Lieutenant Monroy (Juan Pablo Barragán), in charge of keeping the guards responsible for the treasure busy.

>Como cualquier banda criminal que se precie como tal, acá tenemos al experto en alarmas (‘Maguiver’), el chofer para la huida (‘Estiven’) y el viejo conocedor de cajas fuertes (‘El Dragón’), asistido por ‘Goliath’. La logística y el planeamiento son cruciales para estos ladrones “honestos y sofisticados” que no recurren a la violencia, más cuando las ganancias son tan grandes, así como todo lo que puede salir mal. Esta vez Molina se va a quedar en la retaguardia, cronometrando y guiando cada paso del grupo. Muy a su pesar, también deben incluir a la policía y al corrupto teniente Monroy (Juan Pablo Barragán), encargado de mantener ocupados a los guardias responsables del tesoro.
