La realidad es que cuando conocí estas rutinas, les confieso que las subestimé, hasta que las realicé y nunca más lo hice, ya que puedes establecer una rutina variando las repeticiones, el tiempo de descanso o el peso que utilizas, en esta ocasión vamos a variar las repeticiones que haremos, aumentando solo 2 de estas y dejando un tiempo solo de 30 segundos para descansar entre las rondas ya que son sólo 3 ejercicios 👊

Hola Coach, estos ejercicios son fuertes sobre el segundo, el trabajo de plancha alta + baja demanda mucho de nuestros hombros y abdomen.

Creo que haría una serie Avanzado, me hago la loca y me tiro la otra serie como Principiante 😜😜
