<div class = "text-justify"> <p>Se acerca el fin de semana y lo vamos a celebrar degustando un exquisito asado de carne, chorizo, morcilla y chinchulin (intestino delgado de la vaca). Aprovechando la visita de grandes amigos, es propicio brindarles un agradable y exquisito platillo de las piezas más deliciosas que no pueden faltar a la hora de hacer una parrilla. Aquí les dejo las imágenes y lo que utilicé para elaborarla.</p> </div>

**INGREDIENTES:**
* 1 Kg de vacío.
* 800 gr de chinchulin.
* 500 gr de chorizo ahumado.
* 1 Kg de chorizo criollo.
* 500 gr de morcilla.
* Sal gruesa.

>**INGREDIENTS:**

>* 1 Kg of Creole chorizo.
>* 500 gr of blood sausage.
>* Coarse salt.

**PREPARACIÓN:**
<div class = "text-justify"> <p>Ante todo, debemos preparar nuestra fuente de energía. Vamos a tomar trozos de leña, colocándolos en forma de pirámide. Encendemos y dejamos por un rato que comience a deshacerse para luego ir pasándolos a la parrilla.</p> </div>
