Saludos amigos de Foodies Bee Hive es un gran placer saludarles en este día, hoy quiero compartir con ustedes la preparación de mi desayuno de forma rápida y sencilla, la arepa es el desayuno por excelencia de nosotros los Venezolanos y en esta ocasión la prepare con este relleno especial de revoltillo de huevos, aliños y salchichas para hacerlo aún más suculento, espero les guste.


> Greetings friends from Foodies Bee Hive, it is a great pleasure to greet you on this day, today I want to share with you the preparation of my breakfast quickly and easily, the arepa is the breakfast par excellence of us Venezuelans and on this occasion I prepared it with this special filling of scrambled eggs, dressings and sausages to make it even more succulent, I hope you like it.

# Receta: Arepa Rellena con Revoltillo de Huevos, Aliños y Salchichas 👨🏼‍🍳

# Ingredientes

2 huevos
1 salchicha
1 ají
1 diente de ajo
Sal a gusto
Aceite vegetal
2 tazas de harina de maíz
2 1/2 taza de agua


> # Recipe: Arepa Stuffed with Scrambled Eggs, Dressings and Sausages 👨🏼‍🍳

 # Ingredients 

2 eggs 
1 sausage 
1 chili 
1 clove garlic 
Salt to taste
 vegetable oils 
2 cups of corn flour 
2 1/2 cups of water

Para la preparación de esta deliciosa receta, vamos a realizar lo siguiente:

> To prepare this delicious recipe, we are going to do the following:


1.Primero vamos a lavar y cortar el ají y ajo en cuadritos pequeños, vamos hacer lo mismo con la salchicha.

> 1.First we are going to wash and cut the pepper and garlic into small squares, we are going to do the same with the sausage.

2.Luego vamos a calentar una sartén, agregar el aceite, una vez bien caliente, agregar el ajo, ají y salchichas, sofreír bien.

> 2.Then we are going to heat a frying pan, add the oil, once it is very hot, add the garlic, chili and sausages, fry well.

3.Seguidamente incorporar los huevos, agregar sal a gusto y revolver muy bien, hasta que el huevo esté cocido.

> 3.Then incorporate the eggs, add salt to taste and stir very well, until the egg is cooked.

4.Despues vamos a realizar las arepas como de costumbre, en un recipiente, vamos a agregar el agua, harina y sal a gusto, amasar hasta obtener una masa homogénea, luego calentar una sartén o budare, tomamos una porción de la masa y con las manos le damos forma circular (de arepa), una vez dorada, voltear y cocinar por el otro lado, retirar del fuego.

> 4.Then we are going to make the arepas as usual, in a container, we are going to add the water, flour and salt to taste, knead until obtaining a homogeneous dough, then heat a pan or budare, take a portion of the dough and with hands give it a circular shape (arepa), once golden, turn and cook on the other side, remove from heat.

5.Por último abrimos la arepa por la mitad y la rellenamos con el revoltillo y lista para degustar en el desayuno.

> 5.Finally, we open the arepa in half and fill it with the revoltillo and it is ready to be eaten for breakfast.
