**Slurred speech** : <div class="text-justify">Whenever someone has a stroke, he has difficulty in speaking. The patient is unable to pronounce his words correctly. The patient's tongue starts slipping, due to which he faces difficulty in speaking.</div>

**Confusion** : <div class="text-justify">Many times the patient does not even know what is happening and most of the old age people get neurological confusion.</div>

**Face** : <div class="text-justify">When a stroke occurs, some part of the face falls, that is, it seems as if the part of the face on one side is hanging. This is a neurological problem that is seen during stroke.</div>

**Weakness or paralysis** : <div class="text-justify">This is a big symptom of a stroke, which looks like a stroke has come. If you tell the patient that you show both your hands up or show your feet up, then it is possible that the patient will be able to raise only one part of his body which is fine and that part will not be able to rise up or do it with a lot of weakness. Which will have the effect of paralysis. Exactly the same thing happens in the shoulder part as well.</div>

**Difficulty in walking** : <div class="text-justify">Like I told you that the patient may have paralysis, then it is quite possible that he may also have difficulty in walking and due to dizziness he cannot walk.</div>

**Problem in vision** : <div class="text-justify">A stroke patient may also have trouble seeing as if he or she will feel blurred or blackened vision from the eye where the stroke occurs. It is possible that he may also face problems in vision with both eyes.</div>

**Headache** : <div class="text-justify">When a patient has a stroke, there may be a sudden severe headache and there may also be a problem of dizziness. Sometimes nausea and vomiting can also happen.</div>

> ##### I will explain the medical risk factors of stroke as well as explain how we are responsible for stroke disease.

<div class="text-justify">Like I had written in my last post that I will show you how we are responsible for stroke. So friends, we have found our body very beautiful naturally. No major changes come in this as long as we take care of it. If something is going wrong in our body, it means something is going wrong and it will get worse when we do not take care of it. So it means to say that if someone has had a stroke, then it is happening because of his negligence because he did not keep his body healthy.</div>

> # Causes of stroke

![pexels-andres-ayrton-6551130.jpg](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmXwY9oZ84sBUVQud95YHBMkbYKkFQj5ALz9VAkK6G78Q8/pexels-andres-ayrton-6551130.jpg)
<CENTER><a href= "https://www.pexels.com/photo/anonymous-obese-lady-touching-stomach-in-gym-before-workout-6551130/" >pexels.com</a></CENTER>

**Obesity** : <div class="text-justify">Our living style should be full of hardwork and junk food should be avoided. Because getting obesity is equivalent to inviting many diseases, including stroke. We should spend most of our time in physical activities. He should not do alcohol and other substances to be intoxicated like cocaine and methamphetamine.</div>

**Blood pressure** : <div class="text-justify">Like I have told you earlier that high blood pressure is a silent killer, then at the most, we have to take care that we do not promote the increase in blood pressure and if you already have blood pressure disease then keep checking regularly and if you have regular If you are taking blood pressure medicine, then keep taking it on time every day. Because if you do not take medicine and your blood pressure increases, it may cause your brain vessels to rupture and it can cause stroke.</div>

**Sleep and rest** : <div class="text-justify">As we get tired of working, then we rest. By the way, our brain also has to rest, so we should take regular sleep. Whenever you sleep, remember that you have to take continuous 8 to 10 hours of sleep so that your brain gets rest.</div>

![pexels-lilartsy-2827798.jpg](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmcqArbf4aNeYJ89PVek7xET7ssbHgscoGnNGgmhg2fCUN/pexels-lilartsy-2827798.jpg)
<CENTER><a href= "https://www.pexels.com/photo/person-smoking-cigarette-2827798/" >pexels.com</a></CENTER>

**Smoking** : <div class="text-justify">The most dirty habit in today's time is smoking. Smoking is responsible for every disease. If you are not smoking, then remember that you should stay away from them because it is not necessary to smoke, but it is a good thing not to reach nicotine-containing substances in the lungs. So it is meant to say that second hand smoking can also invite stroke for you.</div>

**Age factor** : <div class="text-justify">People who are above the age of 55 have more chances of having a stroke. Because this would have been more activities in his lifestyle.</div>

**Age factor** : <div class="text-justify">If we talk about sex, then the chances of stroke are much higher in men than women and the death rate in stroke cases is also higher for men.</div>

> # Medication

<div class="text-justify">Whenever you see the symptoms of a stroke, you should contact the doctor immediately because a stroke is a medical emergency like a heart attack. You should not take any medicine on your own unless you have medical knowledge. If you are a non-medical person, then you should not take any medicine whose action you do not know. If you consult a doctor, then you have to take the medicine that the doctor prescribes regularly.</div>

**Anti-platelet drugs** : <div class="text-justify">Like I told you about ischemic stroke, in this you have to dissolve the clot, so you are given anti-platelet medicine like aspirin(ecosprin) and clopidogrel(plavix).</div>

![pexels-maksim-goncharenok-5994630.jpg](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmVKgi87pxJosavTbXxS5Ubh3dM7Eu9fcKrkF7TpfmAv7K/pexels-maksim-goncharenok-5994630.jpg)
<CENTER><a href= "https://www.pexels.com/photo/art-color-doctor-health-5994630/" >pexels.com</a></CENTER>

**Anticoagulants** : <div class="text-justify">Heparin is preferred in hospitals for fast action, which does not allow blood to clot. Apart from this, there are many medicines that prevent stroke, but heparin comes under the high risk medicine category, so it is given only under the supervision of the doctor.</div>

# Conclusion :
<div class="text-justify">Friends, in this post I told you what is stroke and how you can manage it. I hope that after reading my post, if your family or friends or any victim has a medical emergency like stroke, then you can manage them as well as you can guide them as to what they should do in the future. Everything depends on our lifestyle where we have to take our health.</div>
