MERINGUE CAKE 🍰 TORTA DE MERENGUE

Hola amigos amantes de la cocina y todos eso deliciosos platos que hacemos en ella. hoy les traigo una deliciosa y dulce receta una Torta de merengue muy fácil de hacer. Para esto necesitamos 


Ingredientes:

-  6 huevos
-  200 gramos de azúcar (1 taza)
-  140 gramos de azúcar glas
-  15 gramos de maicena
-  1 cucharada postre de vainilla
-  1 cucharada postre de jugo de limón

- Para la mermelada
-  500 gramos fresas o tu fruta preferida
-  250 gramos de azúcar (1¼ tazas)
-  10 mililitros de jugo de limón
-  3 gotas de colorante rojo

- Para la crema chantillí
-  500 mililitros de crema para batir con, al menos, 30% de grasa
-  65 gramos de azúcar glas
-  20 gramos de leche
-  1 cucharada postre de vainilla

Preparación 

vamos primero con los merengues que seria como nuestro bizcocho. Empezamos separando las claras de las yema. Precalientamos el horno a su mínima temperatura. Si tu horno es demasiado caliente, mantenga la puerta ligeramente abierta durante el horneado de la torta de merengue italiano. comenzamos batiendo las claras a máxima velocidad y cuando empiecen a subir, añadimos el azúcar poco a poco y en forma de lluvia.
Cuando la hayas agregado toda el azúcar, empezamos añadir el azúcar glass ya tamizada, también poco a poco.
En este punto, ya debemos tener un merengue bastante fuerte. en ese preciso momento agregamos la vainilla y el jugo de limón. Colocamos la maicena al igual que el azúcar glas tamizada poco a poco, la textura del merengue es firme y brillante.

Preparation 

We love first with the meringues that would be like our bizcocho. We start by separating the whites from the yolks. We preheat the oven to its minimum temperature. If your oven is too hot, keep the door slightly open during the baking of the Italian meringue cake. We start by beating the egg whites at maximum speed and when they start to rise, we add the sugar little by little and in the form of rain.
When you have added all the sugar, we start adding the already sieved powdered sugar, also little by little.
At this point, we should already have a fairly strong meringue. At that precise moment we add the vanilla and lemon juice. We put the cornstarch as well as the sifted powdered sugar little by little, the texture of the meringue is firm and shiny.

Colocamos el merengue en una manta y luego esparcimos en una bandeja con papel enserado o también puede ser esas bolsas que nos dan en las panadería le agregamos un poco de aceite y listo, podemos jugar con la forma deseada , estrella corazón, cuadra, circulo, pero que la capa no quede muy delgada. estos son de aproximadamente 20 centímetro de diámetro. horneamos por una hora fuego mínimo, hasta que estén completamente firmes. debemos tratarlos con sumo cuidado debemos recordar que son muy fragiles.

Mientras horneamos los merengues, picamos las frutas y ponemos al fuego junto con el azúcar y el limón. Las cocinamos hasta obtener una mermelada o sirope una vez listo llevamos al refrigerador para que enfrié completamente.

Ahora vamos a la preparación del la crema chantilly, colocando la crema de batir en un envase metálico y llevamos al congelador por unos 20 minutos. También colocamos las aspas de la batidora a enfriar. tamizamos el azúcar glass junto con la leche empolvo, sacamos de la nevera la crema y batimos en la batidora a velocidad máxima, cuando empiece a tomar cuerpo vamos añadiendo el azúcar glas y la leche poco a poco, también añadimos un poco de vainilla o la esencia de tu preferencia, seguimos batiendo por varios minutos hasta que este completamente firme. no exceder el batido porque en vez de una crema firme tendremos mantequilla.

Una vez listo y ya tengamos los suspiros, el sirope, y la crema chantilly vamos armar nuestra deliciosa torta. Colocando primero una de los suspiro, luego colocamos un poco de crema chantilly y luego el sirop y colocamos la otra capa con el mismo procedimiento y tomamos por ultimo con otra tapa de suspiro. Por ultimo decora con el resto de los ingrediente en la forma que desees y listo a disfrutar una rica torta de merengue
