Coconut is a favorite fruit of our country . This coconut fruit is found all over Bangladesh . And my idea is that it can be found in all countries of the world . We all know that coconut is a very beneficial fruit for us . It is known that a lot of money is earned from coconut orchards . Coconut water eliminates our water emptiness . And get rid of more different types of physical problems . Coconut water relieves your diarrhea and solves complex stomach problems .

>নারকেল আমাদের দেশের একটি প্রিয় ফল। এই নারকেল ফলটি সারা বাংলাদেশে পাওয়া যায়। এবং আমার ধারণা এটি বিশ্বের সমস্ত দেশে পাওয়া যায়। আমরা সকলেই জানি নারকেল আমাদের জন্য খুব উপকারী ফল। জানা গেছে, নারকেল বাগান থেকে প্রচুর অর্থোপার্জন হয়। নারকেল জল আমাদের পানির শূন্যতা দূর করে। এবং আরও বিভিন্ন ধরণের শারীরিক সমস্যা থেকে মুক্তি পান। নারকেল জল আপনার ডায়রিয়া থেকে মুক্তি দেয় এবং পেটের জটিল সমস্যাগুলি সমাধান করে।

In our country many types of cakes are made with coconut . Different types of cakes have different names . Fish curry can also be cooked with coconut . Different types of laddu are made in our country with coconut . Coconut is as delicious to eat as it is to have many benefits . We have a lot of coconut trees in our country . We also get many benefits from coconut trees . Such as making brooms with coconut leaves And  clean our house with that broom .

>আমাদের দেশে নারকেল দিয়ে অনেক ধরণের কেক তৈরি করা হয়। বিভিন্ন ধরণের কেকের আলাদা আলাদা নাম রয়েছে। মাছের তরকারিও নারকেল দিয়ে রান্না করা যায়। আমাদের দেশে নারকেল দিয়ে বিভিন্ন ধরণের লাড্ডু তৈরি করা হয়। নারকেল খেতে যেমন সুস্বাদু, তেমনি এর অনেক উপকারও রয়েছে। আমাদের দেশে প্রচুর নারকেল গাছ রয়েছে। নারকেল গাছ থেকেও আমরা অনেক উপকার পাই। যেমন নারকেল পাতা দিয়ে ঝাড়ু তৈরি এবং সেই ঝাড়ু দিয়ে আমাদের ঘর পরিষ্কার করুন।

Coconut oil is a well-known oil in our country . The oil produced from this coconut is very good and beneficial for the body . Many big companies in our country collect coconut and produce coconut oil . And that oil is marketed and delivered to the customer . Coconut oil is an oil that is very beneficial for our scalp hair . The use of this oil makes the hair thicker and longer . This oil also helps to keep the head cool . There are also many more qualities . Coconut oil has some properties that can be used to heal wounds quickly . Coconut is a nutritious fruit for us in the same way that we benefit from the coconut tree . Coconut oil is a beneficial product for us .

>নারিকের তেল আমাদের দেশে অনেক পরিচিত একটি তেল।  এই নারিকেল থেকে যে তেল উৎপাদন করা হয় সেই তেল অনেক ভালো ও শরীরের জন্য উপকারী।  আমাদের দেশের অনেক বড় বড় কোম্পানি নারিকেল সংগ্রহ করে নারিকেল তেল উৎপাদন করে।  আর সেই তেল বাজারজাত করে কাস্টমারের কাছে পৌঁছে দেয়।  নারিকেল তেল আমাদের মাথার চুলের জন্য অনেক উপকারী একটি তেল।  এই তেল ব্যাবহারের ফলে চুল ঘন ও লম্বা হয়। এই তেল মাথা ঠান্ডা রাখতেও সাহায্য করে।  এছাড়াও আরো অনেক গুনাগুন রয়েছে। নারিকেল তেলের মধ্যে এমন কিছু গুনগুন রয়েছে যে মানুষের কোনো ক্ষত। স্থানে নারিকেল তেল ব্যবহার করলে সেই ক্ষত স্থান দ্রুত ভালো হয়ে যাই। নারিকেল গাছ থেকে আমরা যেমন উপকৃত হয়ে থাকি ঠিক একই ভাবে। নারিকেল ও আমাদের জন্য একটি পুষ্টিকর ফল। নারিকেলের তেল আমাদের জন্য উপকারী একটি পণ্য।

I like to eat cake made of coconut , Tastes like sticking in the mouth . Coconut laddu is made with coconut , Which is a very popular food in our country . Coconut contains a lot of vitamins which are very beneficial for the human body .

>আমি নারকেল দিয়ে তৈরি কেক খেতে পছন্দ করি, মুখে লেগে থাকার মতো স্বাদ। নারকেলের লাড্ডু নারকেল দিয়ে তৈরি, যা আমাদের দেশের খুব জনপ্রিয় একটি খাবার। নারকেলটিতে প্রচুর পরিমাণে ভিটামিন রয়েছে যা মানবদেহের জন্য খুব উপকারী।
