Hello everyone! It's been a very long time for me, I haven't been able to post, but this time it's not because I've been on a bender, not because I've been traveling from mountain to mountain :)) I've been studying intensely and it's very hard for me to keep up with the pace. So while I'm at it, I've isolated myself from everything else as much as possible. I only leave the house to buy the ingredients for the 2 meals I eat. And when I leave, I find myself in a foreign world, dizzy, in my mind, I slap myself so that I can come to my senses. :)) So much so that I couldn't go back to my own house for 4-5 days because I caught this tempo at my friend's house where I came to sit one evening. :)) Since the 1st of November falls on a Tuesday, I always get the days mixed up :)) The 1st of the month should be Monday. Someone should sit down and design it that way. :)) I'm too full not to write, I've gone on too long again. Today I'm going to tell you about the famous chicken doner restaurant I went to last week, which seems centuries ago to me. 


My friend from Samsun, whom I have mentioned before, loves chicken doner. I remember many times before, late at night, we were looking for a chicken doner place :)) And he always sends me videos of famous chicken doner places in Izmir. Gene sent me [one of](https://www.instagram.com/reel/CkJK1tHg0F8/?igshid=YmMyMTA2M2Y=/) these videos . I found the address on the internet. 


According to the video and the waiter there, this chicken doner is soaked in milk for about 24 hours before it is cooked. This is called marinating. I was always wondering what this marinade was :)) I've heard about meat marinated in wine, but I've never really looked into it :))) My friend, who is a chicken doner gourmet, said something he had never said before after the chicken doner we had eaten together; "It's very good". I liked it even though I don't have much taste. maybe I liked it because I was hungry :))) 


Just as I was writing this, there was an earthquake. I hope nothing has collapsed. So I'm ending my post here, because it shook very well.

Herkese merhaba! Benim için çok uzun olan bir zamandır, paylaşım yapamıyorum. Fakat bu sefer alemlere daldığımdan, dağ bucak gezdiğimden değil. :)) Yoğun bir ders çalışma temposuna girdim. Tempoyu yakalamak benim için çok zor. Ben de hazır yakalamışken, kendimi mümkün olduğunca, geriye kalan her şeyden soyutladım. Evden sadece, yediğim 2 öğün yemeğin malzemelerini almak için çıkıyorum. Çıktığımda da kendimi yabancı bir dünyada, başım dönerken bulup, zihnimde, kendimi tokatlıyorum ki kendime geleyim diye. :)) Öyle ki, bir akşam oturmak için geldiğim arkadaşımın evinde, bu tempoyu yakaladığım için, kendi evime dönemedim 4-5 gündür. :)) Zaten Kasım ayının 1’i Salı’ya denk geldiği için günleri de karıştırıyorum hep. :)) Ayın 1’i Pazartesi olmalı. Bunu birisi oturup bu şekilde dizayn etmeli. :)) İçim dolmuş yazmamaktan, gene çok uzattım. Bugün size bana asırlarca öncesinde gibi gelen, geçen hafta gittiğim, meşhur tavuk dönerciyi anlatacağım. 


Samsun’dan gelen,  daha önce de bahsettiğim arkadaşım, tavuk döneri çok seviyor. Daha önce bir çok kez, gecenin geç saatlerinde, tavuk dönerci aradığımızı hatırlıyorum. :)) Ve sürekli bana İzmir’deki meşhur tavuk dönercilerin videolarını gönderiyor. Gene bana bu videolardan [birisini](https://www.instagram.com/reel/CkJK1tHg0F8/?igshid=YmMyMTA2M2Y=/) gönderdi. Ben de adresini internetten buldum.


Videoda anlatıldığına ve oradaki garsonun da söylediğine göre, bu tavuk döner, pişirilmeden önce yaklaşık 24 saat sütün içinde bekletiliyormuş. Buna da marine işlemi deniyormuş. Ben de bu marine nedir diye düşünüyordum hep. :)) Şarapla marine edilmiş et falan duyuyordum ama irdelememiştim hiç. :)) Tavuk döner gurmesi olan arkadaşım, daha önce birlikte yediğimiz tavuk dönerlerden sonra hiç söylemediği bir şey söyledi; "Çok iyi". Ben de çok damak tadım olmamasına rağmen beğendim. Belki de aç olduğum için beğenmişimdir. :)) 


Tam da bunları yazarken deprem oldu. Umarım bir yerler yıkılmamıştır. Dolayısıyla ben de paylaşımımı burada sonlandırıyorum. Çünkü, çok iyi salladı.
