You will be having an internship, do you know with what business or organization? If so you could approach them, explain the dilemma you are in and apply for a part time job with them. Even if the job is not in the field you are studying for, this would give them a chance to see your work habits out side of what you are training for, it will give you the advantage of knowing what kind of organization you would be interning with. If you future employer has an employee continuing education program, they would know of your ability to work and study and this could give you a hand up when it comes time for you to decide if you want to move up in the company/organization or not. Other than that I really don't know. from reading your previous post and such I sense you are not one to try go-fund me or other so called charitable paths. (can't blame you there at all). If you do not know who you will be interning with, just apply at a similar facility you are studying for. Let them know your needs, and that you would like to begin working part time in any capacity just so you can become more familiar with the type of organization you will be interning with. One of the biggest issue employers are facing in the United States is not so much an uneducated work force but one that is educated in the wrong things/manners of how things work in the real world. Prospective employee's have unrealistic views of the work environment.

No, we don't have those details at this time. I guess we'll know in about 3 weeks where we're supposed to do the internship. I'm not entirely sure either, but I guess it will be internship on a treatment home or something like that. As we are studying psychiatry during this semester, the internship should be related to that. 

A good idea though, to talk with them and try to get a part time job there. That would basically save me some time to get to and from work, if I could work my 8 hours during the internship and then an extra 2-3 hours or something on top of that, but getting paid for those last hours. I obviously don't know if that is possible, but it's definitely worth a try.

I mean, I love the fact that these things exists and it's really awesome to see so many generous people willing to help strangers etc. But it's really not my thing. I'm not really used to be on the receiving side of things like that. I'm used to be the person who helps others, not the other way around.

The same can often be said about Sweden too, but there's unfortunately uneducated people that works with elderly care here for instance. They are trying to make it so that there will be educated people in these places, but it's a long way to go before we'll get there. That type of work is underpaid and "unattractive", so no one wants them... Which is why they are filled with uneducated people to begin with.

So, the fact that I am studying, and that I have only one semester left before I graduate definitely speaks in my favor in these scenarios.
