Hola queridos amigos de Hive y de Full Deportes! Espero que estén teniendo un día maravilloso. Yo les cuento que más allá de la carga horaria tremenda de los trabajos de temporada, el sol y el calorcito me están ayudando a organizarme y básicamente a ordenar un poco mejor mis días.

Lamento mucho en este momento que no tengamos en Hive la posibilidad de subir videos de manera espontánea e inmediata, estimo que se trata de algún tipo de codificación de la Web 3, pero espero que pronto podamos disfrutar de alguna herramienta como esa en Hive, pues sí que actualmente me sería mucho más sencillo poderles grabar en el momento. Creo que ahora sólo tenemos a *waves* de Ecency.

Pues bien, sin más preámbulos les acerco esta clase de **Stretching**. Como les comento en el video, esta disciplina deriva de la danza clásica y del Yoga, aunque también se toman ejercicios de la gimnasia artística y tradicional. 

Como he estudiado danza española (compuesta por Flamenco y Danza Clásica) y actualmente me dedico al Yoga, me es bastante sencillo incursionar en el Stretching, que en español significa justamente *Estiramiento*.

Pero vieron cómo somos las personas. Quizás decís: *vamos a hacer Yoga* y te dicen, *noooo, yo no puedo hacer eso y no me gusta*. Pero si decís: *hacemos Stretching*, uy sí, es otra cosa, sólo porque se puso de moda la palabra. Pero al final es un poco lo mismo con diferente nombre y sin incluir a los *Pranayamas* y a la Meditación que sí nos acerca el Yoga.

# Full Stretching Class for you to follow! 15 minutes of simple stretching

Hello dear friends of Hive and Full Deportes! I hope you are having a wonderful day. I tell you that beyond the tremendous workload of seasonal jobs, the sun and the warmth are helping me to organize myself and basically to order my days a little better.

I am very sorry at the moment that we don't have in Hive the possibility to upload videos spontaneously and immediately, I estimate that it is some kind of Web 3 coding, but I hope that soon we will be able to enjoy some tool like that in Hive, because yes it would currently be much easier for me to be able to record you in the moment. I think we only have *waves* from Ecency now.

Well, without further ado, I bring you this **Stretching** class. As I tell you in the video, this discipline derives from classical dance and Yoga, although exercises from artistic and traditional gymnastics are also taken. 

As I have studied Spanish dance (composed of Flamenco and Classical Dance) and I am currently dedicated to Yoga, it is quite easy for me to dabble in Stretching, which in Spanish means just *Stretching*.

But you saw how we people are. Maybe you say: *let's do Yoga* and they say, *noooo, I can't do that and I don't like it*. But if you say: *we do Stretching*, uy yes, it is something else, just because the word became fashionable. But in the end it is a little bit the same with a different name and without including the *Pranayamas* and the Meditation that Yoga brings us.

Oye amiga que bueno rutina de Stretching, te soy sincera, si no explica de qué se trata, diría que era yoga, es demasiada parecida, claro con otro nombre y unas técnicas diferentes de estiramientos, pero el fin es el mismo. Lo voy a rebloguear para hacerla cuando pueda, me gusta una vez por semana hacer yoga. Voy a probar lo nuevo 😃, para seguirte.

Jejej, es que es casi lo mismo, pero hay gente a la que le gusta llamarle stretching ahora. Se sale un poco de la Filosofía del Yoga también, así que eso medio que lo cambia digamos. Tampoco hay meditación o Pranayama.

Pero que genial verte nuevamente en el rectángulo de entrenamiento, amiga. Sabes que tienes razón, cuando decís estiramientos, es como que es más fácil y todo lo contrario cuando decir yoga, y quizás en el fondo, es lo mismo. Hoy voy a realizar esta rutina, no lo voy a grabar (tengo un algo de dignidad 😃).

Me encanto tu inquietud de poder subir tus contenidos audiovisuales, más inmediato. Creo que conforme pase el tiempo, eso se dará indefectiblemente.

Jajaj amigo pero hubiese estado genial!! Lo importante no es a dónde se llega estirando, sino que se sienta que hay estiramiento. Así muevas tus piernas 5 grados de diferencia hacia un costado, va a estar muy bien mientras vos o el practicante que sea, lo sienta, jeje. 

Sí, la verdad es que me estresa no seguir con mis posts a diario! Necesito 48 hs de día para hacer todo lo que quiero jaja.
