While the meat was drying, I added the water, sugar, shoyu sauce and cornstarch and kept stirring until it dissolved, then added it to the meat, stirring constantly. This sauce will thicken and cook for 5 to 6 minutes over low heat, then turn off the heat and cover the meat and it is ready.

Once ready I served it all on a plate and put chopped chives on top to decorate this dish, put it on the table and had lunch with the family, this time I accompanied it with a delicious rice with carrots and ervilhas and a salad that is never missing on my table.
