Well, science begs to differ with using that snooze button just for a little 5 minutes sleep more. Psychiatrist Dr. Nikole Benders-Hadi says that checking your phone as soon as you wake up increases the feeling of anxiety and stress, thereby affecting your ability to prioritize tasks. It has also been linked with high rate of depression and while you might not experience it immediately, overtime, people start to experience it. A research from the Leiden University Medical Center shows that sitting gives a more favorable Urodynamic profile causing the muscles around the bladder to be more relaxed thereby allowing the urine to come out with ease and completely emptying the bladder in men with Lower Urinary Tract Symptom. It was stated clearly that the sitting position had no effect of changing voiding position in healthy men. You must have been told to shower 2 times daily or daily but then dermatologists have said that bathing 3 times a week is enough to keep our hygiene. Excessive bathing with chemicals in soaps excessively removes the oil, bacteria, viruses and other normal microbial floral of the skin which can lead to a dry epidermis, which can lead to an irritated skin. While I was checking, I didn't see any article that discussed showering daily to being any cleaner and I didn't see any article that discussed spending hours in the bathroom and being clean.
