This month of july I discover the Ibispaint X app which I make some art of mine. So I was bored this friday and I just make a portrait for our Congressman in Rizal, Philippines which he gave us scholarships and be a leader volunteer of youth to make a better community in Rizal. This coming August 10 was his Birthday so I just make a portrait of him. He was also a good looking Congressman!  **Thankful for him I continue my study in College because of the Scholarship He granted to us** 💕 **Here's The Process of Art** **1st** I sketch his portrait in the paper.  **2nd** I transfer thru picture an outline it in the digital art application.   **3rd** I color it and blended the colors (skin and cloth) to have a shadows which applies the vector art way.    **This is my Art Reference**  Thank you for reading.
