## Hola mis amores, feliz comienzo de semana.
<br>
  La receta original de ésta torta debe llevar 500 gramos de nata, sólo conseguí 250 gramos, para sustituir el resto compré 200 gramos de crema de leche. En la búsqueda de la nata se maduraron más los mangos y tuve que desechar uno. La receta dice que se debe batir la nata hasta que duplique su volúmen, ésto no ocurrió pero debía seguir y no perder más ingredientes, te muestro mi postre de domingo.

 # Ingredientes: 
2 mangos maduros.
  250 gramos de nata.
  200 gramos de crema de leche.
  250 gramos de leche condensada.
  1 cucharada de grenetina.
  4 paquetes de galletas de vainilla.
1/2 taza de agua tibia.
1 molde para torta de 1/2 kilo.

2 ripe mangoes.
  250 grams of cream.
  200 grams of milk cream.
  250 grams of condensed milk.
  1 tablespoon of grenetina.
  4 packages of vanilla cookies.
1/2 cup of warm water.
1 cake pan of 1/2 kilo.

Preparación: en un recipiente agrego la nata y la crema, con batidora eléctrica integro. Como les explicaba la nata y la crema no duplicaron en volúmen por lo tanto improvisé.

Agrego la grenetina en el agua tibia, removí y dejé por unos minutos para que hiciera su proceso, luego la agregué al recipiente y también la leche condensada, batí nuevamente y llevé al congelador aproximadamente 1/2 hora

Mientras lavé, Pelé y Piqué los mangos en lajitas finas, reservo.

Estas galletas vienen dobles entonces con un cuchillo  las separé, me gustan porque son anchas, ideales para éstas recetas.

Cuando reviso la crema está óptima para hacer el armado, coloco en el molde una capa de galletas, luego una crema y encima una de mangos.

Para finalizar galletas y crema, decoro con los trocitos de mangos que quedan, el círculo rojo es un trocito de fresa. La idea es cubrir de mangos la superficie pero igual quedó divina, se debe mantener en refrigeración y degustar cuando te provoque.
