How do we teach?

The teaching perspective is to teach, but that is not all, since the ultimate goal of teaching is learning, for this the teacher must obtain from his professional preparation that vision and understanding of the different ways in which educational practice can be conceived, perhaps some of us consider it an art, others a profession, some a vocation, the importance of this is the unification of all forms and models of education through teaching and learning.   

Many educational models have been written, and many of us feel more comfortable with one in particular, however we must evolve towards the way of coupling such models according to the logic and coherence of each model when they respond to different ranges of efficiency. 


### ***What to teach?***

Although our objective as educators is to teach so that the student learns about a specific subject, we must vary the topics of the subject that we teach in each school period, this variability allows us to see different reactions in the students and with this we adapt the topics that are most appropriate and best suited to the student's knowledge.

### ***How to teach?***

I have always seen education as a dynamic process, that is why we must vary the way we teach, in this case, we will be showing students different ways and variants of how we teach, students may feel comfortable with all forms, or on the contrary there is a way that we should discard.

From experience I can tell you that I have taken a particular topic of the subject I teach at the university and I have explained it in different ways, under a theoretical and practical approach, using different resources (blackboard, video beam, debates, among others).

I like to teach under a critical and analytical approach, which is not attached to rules that enclose the student's freedom not to think, I like to always have a brainstorming and questions that stimulate them to think, and that they themselves can realize and can answer their questions, always under my guidance as a teacher.   

### ***How do I measure the objectives achieved?***

Everything depends on the time, considering the best case, that is to say that I have enough time to measure the performance of my students, I do it in a way that breaks the paradigms of the traditional, for this I am doing a follow-up in the student so that he will explain me throughout the school period everything that he has learned through successive classes that I will be doing for everyone in the classroom.

It is not necessary the adequacy of all teaching models, of course it helps us a lot to know them and even to apply them, however from my personal perspective I think that if at the end we focus on: 1. 3. How do I measure the objectives achieved? Without a doubt, it will be easier for us to reach the great objective, which is that the student learns and acquires knowledge. 

We should not ignore the teaching models, we should know them, understand them, in order to be able to generate our own models, especially considering that in their generation the only thing that really matters is the student's significant learning. 

The strategies are established by each educator according to the available resources, time availability and the student's response capacity.
