&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;***Muchas veces de tras de cada plato hay una historia hermosa que contar, otras veces hay anécdotas graciosos, como por ejemplo cuando se te quema el arroz y sales corriendo porque crees que entre más rápido corras la vas  a salvar.***

&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;***En mi caso hoy les quiero contar que hace poco me mandaron una dieta especial para desinflamar el colon, esa dieta incluye eliminar harinas, grasas,  granos,  repollo, frituras, refrescos, mejor dicho nada que genere gases; en cambio sí puedo comer pescado guisado, pollo a la plancha, plátano cocido y vegetales al vapor. Es decir cosas sanas que me ayuden a mejorar y restablecer mi salud.***

Ingredientes:

- Un kilo de  pescado sea cual sea.
- 2 tomates
- una cebolla
- cebollín
- ajo
- pimentón
- aceite de oliva
- Una taza de vino
- cilantro

&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;***Yo he utilizado un kilo de pescado que se llama Lebranche, todos los pescados se cocinan muy rápido, así que debemos limpiarlo muy bien, lo cortamos  y lo reservamos para el final.***

&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;***Picamos todos los aliños en trozos grandes, si te gusta quitarle la semilla al tomate lo puedes hacer, en mi caso me gusta así.***

&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;***Sofreímos primero el ajo en un poquito aceite de oliva, si no tienes aceite de oliva lo puedes hacer con aceite de maíz, en mi caso lo he hecho así por mi dieta; luego agregamos los demás ingredientes y removemos de vez en cuando para que se impregnen los sabores, agregamos un poco de sal y por ultimo colocamos el pescado, agregamos un poquito de vino caldo de pollo o pescado; no más de una taza ya que la idea es que quede un jugo espeso y sabroso. Dejamos cocinar por 5 minutos, tapamos y listo.***

&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;***Creo que todos deberíamos de comer así siempre, en verdad este pescado es  sano y muy sabroso, el caldo que resulta del cocinado sabe tan rico que provoca tener más arroz o plátano para acompañarlo. En mi caso lo hice con papas cocidas, todo bajo en sal.***

&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;***Pues bien amigos, les cuento que luego de dos semanas de estar haciendo la dieta creo que ya me estoy acostumbrando, ahora no quiero comer mucha harina ni frituras. Many times behind each dish there is a beautiful story to tell, other times there are funny anecdotes, like for example when you burn the rice and you run away because you think that the faster you run the faster you will save it.

In my case today I want to tell you that recently I was sent a special diet to reduce inflammation of the colon, this diet includes eliminating flour, fats, grains, cabbage, fried foods, soft drinks, or rather anything that generates gas; instead I can eat stewed fish, grilled chicken, cooked banana and steamed vegetables. Ingredients:

- 1 kilo of fish whatever it is.
- 2 tomatoes
- one onion
- spring onion
- garlic

I used a kilo of fish that is called Lebranche, all fish cook very fast, so we must clean it very well, we cut it and reserve it for the end.

We chop all the seasoning in big pieces, if you like to remove the seed from the tomato you can do it, in my case I like it like this.

First we sauté the garlic in a little olive oil, if you do not have olive oil you can do it with corn oil, in my case I have done so for my diet; then add the other ingredients and stir occasionally to impregnate the flavors, add a little salt and finally put the fish, add a little wine, chicken or fish broth; no more than a cup because the idea is that it is a thick and tasty juice. Let it cook for 5 minutes, cover and that's it.

I think we should all eat this way always, this fish is really healthy and very tasty, the broth that results from cooking tastes so good that it provokes to have more rice or plantain to accompany it. In my case I made it with boiled potatoes, all low in salt.

Hola gis, y te cuento algo màs, para mi que no me gusta estar mucho rato en la cocina esta receta me gusto, en menos de lo que canta uyn gallo ya estaba almorzando un rico pescado, creo que el toque de vino le dio el toque magistral.

Asi es amiga, hoy estoy muy contenta porque le enviè dinero a mi mamà para que se coma un buen pescado, ella tiene 85 años y necesita  alimentarse bien, el pescado le va aportar fosforo y otras cosas necesarias para el organismo. ademas de lo rico y sabroso que es.
