Good morning friends!!!

Today is Valentine's Day, and I really think that love is expressed in many ways, in my case I will do it by cooking one of the dishes that my family enjoys "Special rice", this rice, in addition to chicken, I add vegetables and a little shellfish that enhance its flavor and bean sprouts that give it crocantis, all this makes this dish taste incredible ...

>Hoy es día de  San Valentín, y realmente pienso que el amor se expresa de muchas formas, en mi caso lo haré cocinando uno de los platillos que mi familia disfruta “ Arroz especial”, este arroz, además de pollo , le agrego vegetales y un poco de moluscos que realzan su sabor y brotes de soya que le dan crocantis, todo esto hace que esté  plato tenga un sabor increíble...

You will need to:

>Necesitarás:

• 2 cups of rice already cooked.
• Chicken clean and chopped into small pieces.
• 1/4 kilo of mollusks of your choice (I will use pepitonas, a common mollusk in my region).
• Finely chopped vegetables (onion, chives, peppers, carrots).
• Bean sprouts.
• Salt and pepper
• Water for rice 3 1/2 cups.
• Oil.

>• 2 tazas de arroz ya cocido.
>• Pollo limpio y picado en pequeños trozos.
>• 1/4 de kilo de moluscos de tu preferencia ( utilizaré pepitonas, un molusco común en mi región).
>• Vegetales finalmente picados ( cebolla, cebollino, ajíes ,zanahoria).
>• Brotes de soya.
>• Sal y pimienta 
>• Agua para el arroz 3 1/2 tazas.
>• Aceite.

preparation:

>Preparación:

First, we season the chicken and shellfish with salt and pepper.

>Primero, sazonamos el pollo y moluscos con sal y pimienta.

Next, we pour the chicken and shellfish, already seasoned, into a pan with oil, and pour the carrot, let it cook over medium heat for approximately 10 minutes.

>Seguidamente, vertimos en un sartén  con aceite , el pollo y moluscos, ya sazonados y vertimos la zanahoria, dejamos cocinar a fuego medio por 10 minutos aproximadamente.

Then we add the other finely chopped vegetables (onion, chives and chili peppers), let them wilt and form a succulent sauce.

>Luego agregamos los demás vegetales finamente picados,(cebolla, cebollino y ajíes), dejamos que se marchiten y formen un suculento sofrito.

Now, we pour in the cooked rice, and stir to integrate with the other ingredients.

>Ahora , vertimos el arroz ya cocido, y revolvemos para integrar con los demás ingredientes.

Finally, add the bean sprouts, leave a few minutes ... and voila friends!
