Every morning the first thing I do to wake up is sitting for 2 minutes on the edge of my bed. Without thinking about anything just letting my mind start to go back to the minimum. 
<p>

It is an exercise to start the day with clear ideas And without losing focus of what I want to do, I do the same before going to bed, planning what I am going to do the next day and also the last seconds I think of something pleasant so that I can have good dreams.

But when I get up after spending these minutes and put on my socks, I go directly to the kitchen to prepare a delicious black coffee.

I like to add mint leaves after it's strained.

The first thing I do is take a container that I have left the night before, resting in the open, receiving the lunar rays. Then I was heating it for 5 minutes adding maybe a little honey.

Once this starts to show bubbles he removed it from the heat.

I deposit three or four well-loaded tablespoons of ground black coffee and sometimes I also put coffee beans that have been crushed with a wooden mortar, this gives my coffee a very special flavor.

I pour the hot water into the strainer which is made of hemp cloth and with a wooden handle so as not to change the flavor, I have tried metal handles and it gives it a flavor that I don't like.

The final point is to add three or four mint leaves and the flavor it has is exquisite.

To sweeten it, I added a little more honey or stevia.

And that gives me the necessary energy to be able to get out of the sleeping state in which I find myself the first few minutes of the day.

So drinking black coffee is a pleasure for me.
