The original purpose of Artificial Intelligence (AI) was to build machines that could mimic human intelligence, things like learning, problem-solving, reasoning, and understanding language. It was equally built to make life easy for humans, automating tasks that required human thinking like playing chess, translating languages.

The term AI was coined in the 1950s, and from the beginning, the goal was to create systems that could think, learn, and act intelligently, ideally to help humanity, not replace it. But currently, it's as if we are overdoing it, like we are trying to replace humans in every area of life and use just AI for everything.

Al is making a positive impact, at least, in health care. It's helping doctors diagnose diseases earlier and more accurately. With AI, surgery's no longer leave big scars on the body. Before, the survival rate for heart surgery on an individual was usually 50/50. But now, with the Excimer Laser Coronary Atherectomy (ELCA) Machine and other machines, heart surgery is made easier and less risky.

Even in education, with AI, you can learn different languages online without a physical teacher, just using your phone and your writing material. Should I mention the positive impact of AI in agriculture, with applications that are already transforming how food is grown, managed, and harvested? With AI, you can determine the amount of water, fertilizer, and pesticide to use on your farm, as well as the right time to apply them.It helps to analyze your soil data, this process has helped increase crop yields while reducing waste.

What are the negative impacts of AI?

With the rate humans are becoming dependent on AI, some people will lose their jobs because some jobs are now automated. Some people's futures will become uncertain.

Current a friend was telling me to be double sure of whoever that calls me on phone because people are using Ai clone voice to scam people right now. Some uses it to create fake nude video and pictures of people that if you are not well informed you will believe it. All the have to do it to  just get your picture on social medial or video . Boom your nude pics is all over internet. Which is a misleading information.

I know someone who can't do anything for himself. When it comes to work, everything has to be AI-controlled. He is gradually losing his critical thinking lifestyle. He now leaves everything for AI. 

If I had the power, would I stop AI?

 No, but I would reshape how it is developed and used. Stopping AI completely isn't practical or beneficial. Like any powerful technology (electricity, the internet, nuclear power), AI can be used for both good and harm. What matters is who controls it, how it's being used.

 AI is not inherently good or bad. It's a tool, and like any tool, its impact depends on how we, as a society, choose to use it. We're at a turning point, and the choices made now will shape the future of humanity in the digital world.
