<p>Que tal gente, los pancakes, pancaques o panqueques, varios nombres para el mismo tipo de tortita, es una mezcla sencilla normalmente de leche, harina y levadura que se mezcla y a la plancha. Aunque se puede incorporar algún tipo de frutas o frutos secos para darle un sabor más personal, respecto a esto opciones hay muchas, las cuales darán un toque diferente a las tortitas, en fin, para esta ocasión no se utilizara huevo ni leche para no opacar el sabor de la remolacha y de la banana. Este desayuno u postre puede servirse acompañado de mermelada o confitura de frutas, pero nosotros vamos a acompañarlas con leche condensada y trozos de banana. </p></div>
