Saludos comunidad de Hive hoy es un dia atareado para mi, con los preparativos de una obra de la iglesia que tiene cede aquí en mi casa y se podrán imaginar que esto es un caos total yo me estoy encargando de los dulces y pasa palos que se van a repartir a los invitados se espera una asistencia de 30 personas mas o menos voy a preparar un post especial de esa obra para compartirlo con todos ustedes.

Les dará una breve explicación de como se prepara esta masa es muy sencilla de hacer, primero ponemos la levadura con un poco de agua tibia en un recipiente con tapa dejamos que leude un poco.

En un bold grande echamos la harina la azúcar y la sal mezclamos y dejamos un hueco en el centro donde vamos a echar los demás ingredientes los huevos, la mantequilla, el agua y la levadura mezclamos todo y pasamos a una base para amasar.

Hay que amasar alrededor de 10 minutos hasta que la masa se nos despegue de las manos, luego la tapamos y dejamos reposar.

Yo deje reposar la masa 20 minutos saque la mitad para hacer tequeños y la otra mitad para hacer panes.

Luego de eso prepare la mezcla de la torta y los ponquesitos hornee cada una y este fue el resultado.

Ahora viene la bebida prepare un jugo de mango y el mismo mango aproveche y saque una jalea de mango.

La jalea para los que no saben se prepara así:
Sancochamos los mangos hasta que esten blanditos por dentro dejamos reposar y retiramos la concha y apartamos en un recipiente la pulpa, a la pulpa que apartamos le agregamos azúcar a nuestro gusto y revolvemos hasta que obtengamos una mezcla espesa y la ponemos en el refrigerador para que agarre la consistencia que queremos mas o menos como 1 hora luego servimos y lista nuestra jalea de mango (algo que tienen que tienen que tomar en cuenta es que los mangos que vayan a utilizar tienen que estar verdes, maduros no sirven).
