A little bit random, but I bought a MFT Ball! It should be good for Myofascial Release which I am still trying to understand completely. But ohh well, its a start :D

I also bought these Toe Spacers, what a great name haha.
I just wore them for a little bit and some of my Toes got blue! Maybe I have to ease into it and not just wear it for 1-2 hours right away xD

Toe spacers are bullshit. Don´t fall for it.
Best thing you can do to your feet is walking barefoot as often as you can. This will give your toes exactly the space they need.
