If I haven't told you, I was from IT background. Despite working in sales and marketing for years, my basic is still in my foundation. Meet a machine, feed it with input, let it compute, get the result.

Artificial intelligence was a huge deal back in the 80s(still is today with more convenient input). One of my inspiration actually came from a movie by the name of D.A.R.Y.L(1985). Other than the super spy plane SR71 blackbird scene impaled into my tiny brain, I always wanted to create some form of intelligence into my floppy disk, so other people can communicate with the mini Dave behind the 640KB magnetic disk. Trust me I did it with Basic, keying in thousands of options, with thousands kind of output, in the hope that user who interact with my program will get some Q&A fun time with the so called home made artificial intelligent.

My brother is my first customer. I invited him to the computer room(was a big deal to have a 8088 at home back in the 80s), asked him to put in his request, mini Dave will answer his question. He then type "eat my ass", at first the floppy drive armed for 2 seconds, and then it went off. The cursor continue to blink for the next 5 minutes and my bro throw me a comment "you suck" and there's my first no checksum artificial intelligence 🤣

Many years later, I graduated with a computer science diploma, but gave up in replicating myself into a 270mb hard drive 🤣I can put in zillion of instruction but I can't control user's input. I certainly know the official artificial intelligent is not a simple q&a machine like the one I did. There's neural networks technologies that makes the processor to "think", search for answers and come up with answer.

But then once again, it thinks because of human ask it to think. It's called artificial intelligence because it's artificial. When it's an intelligent, it's no longer artificial. You don't feed input, you ask question, it think and answer you. Below picture I've created for example, was it really intelligent enough? Suffice to say, the user is asking a less intelligent question 😂
