I'm also a graphic designer. Sometimes I just block out time to focus on my client projects, and also I spend time on building my skills more and getting more knowledge to improve myself. A quick walk also or outing would really help me if I finish my work early. And also during my free time I love to sketch for fun or going for a walk to meet with nature in order to clear my head and think well. Those moments feel like a very huge reward for staying on track. What is the waste of time? The waste for me is being stuck in pointless debates online, or social media that drain your energy and that affects your mentality at the end. I have also avoided saying yes to every request made by everyone. I have learned how to say no in the most polite way. Sometimes it is very hard to please everyone. What actually happens is that all these thoughts will steal your precious time. focus on yourself and prioritizing yourself. I have started saying no to protect myself and my schedule and I must say it is very amazing. They say time is like a canvas, you decide want to paint with it, when it's time and I'm trying to choose what to creates. How can I create the life I want that brings growth and joy and I'm ready to take it step by step one hour at a time.
