Pasticho de berenjena🍆 receta paso a paso [ESP-ENG]

Hoy les traigo una receta que me encanta y para los amantes de las berenjenas es muy buena. Ayer una amiga nos regalo unas berenjenas y decidimos hacer un pasticho, que no es por nada es muy delicioso.

Para hacer este pasticho necesitamos:
- 1500 gr de berenjena.
- aceite.
- 1 taza harina de trigo. (Para las berenjenas y la crema bechamel)
- 3 tazas de leche.
- 3 cucharadas de mantequilla.
- media taza de salsa de tomate.
- 1 cebolla.
- ajo.
- cilantro.
- medio kilogramo carne molida.
- 300 gr de queso mozarela.
- 200 gr de jamón.
- sal.
- pimienta.

- ***To make this lasagna we need:***
- 1500 gr of eggplant.
- oil.
- 1 cup wheat flour. (For the eggplants and the bechamel cream)
- 3 cups of milk.
- 3 tablespoons of butter.
- half a cup of tomato sauce.
- 1 onion.
- Garlic.
- cilantro.
- half a kilogram of ground beef.
- 300 gr of mozzarella cheese.
- 200 gr of ham.
- Salt.
- Pepper. 


Comenzamos pelando y picando las berenjenas. Mi mamá las pasa por un poco de harina de trigo y luego la frie. Este puede ser el proceso mas tedioso para hacer el pasticho, pero realmente vale la pena.

Luego preparamos la carne. En la licuadora colocamos ajo, cebolla y cilantro... Licuamos todo bien y lo colocamos a la carne. También le agregamos sal, pimienta y salsa de tomate. Dejamos que la carne quede con algo de salsa.

Hacemos la salsa bechamel. Colocamos 3 tazas de leche, y 4 cucharadas de harina de trigo, la sal, pimienta y 3 cucharadas de mantequilla y lo colocamos al fuego y mezclamos hasta que nuestra salsa comience a espezar y dejamos enfriar para usar luego a armar nuestro pasticho.

- ***We make the bechamel sauce. We place 3 cups of milk, and 4 tablespoons of wheat flour, salt, pepper and 3 tablespoons of butter and we place it on the fire and mix until our sauce begins to thicken and let it cool to later use to assemble our lasagna.***

Colocamos todo en la mesa y nuestro molde le colocamos un poco de mantequilla, luego una capa de salsa bechamel.

Luego colocamos una capa de nuestras berenjenas.

Luego una capa de carne molida.

Luego vamos agregando queso y jamon. Y así vamos haciendo varias capas de todo hasta que coloquemos todo.

Terminamos con una capa de salsa bechamel y queso.

Llevamos nuestro pasticho al horno y lo cocinamos por aproximadamente 50 minutos.
