গ্রাম বনাম শহর
কোলাহল মুক্ত এবং প্রাকৃতিক সুবাতাসে জীবন সুন্দর করে কাটাতে চাইলে গ্রামের বিকল্প হয়না । গ্রামের বাজারে পাওয়া যায় ফরমালিন মুক্ত শাকসবজি , ফলমূল ইত্যাদি । যেগুলো পাওয়া যায় কম দামে । গ্রামে সন্ধ্যাবেলার পাখিদের কলতানি সত্যিই মনমুগ্ধকর । স্বল্প আয়ের মানুষ গুলো খুব ভালভাবেই তাদের জীবন অতিবাহিত করতে পারে এই সুন্দর গ্রামেই । গ্রামে আছে চারিদিকে গাছ গাছালীতে ভরা । যার কারনে সজিব নিঃশ্বাস পাওয়া যায় । কিন্তু কিছু সমেস্যা রয়েছে যেগুলো আসলে কৃত্রিম সঙ্কট ছাড়া কিছু নয়।

অন্যদিকে শহরে চারিদিকে শব্দ দূষণে মানুষ অতিষ্ঠ। চারিদেকে যেন গাড়ির হর্ন বেজে চলেছে অবিরত । কোথাও শান্তি নেই। শাকসবজি কিনতে গেলে ভেজাল , বা ফরমালিন যুক্ত , দাম অনেক বেশি । আধুনিক সুযোগ সুবিধা পাওয়া গেলেও এখানকার জীবন যাত্রায় সবাই যেন অতিষ্ঠ । কিন্তু জীবনের তাকীদে অনেক কেই গ্রাম ছেড়ে চলে আসতে হয় শহরে । খাপ খায়ে নিতে হয় সবাই কে । বিশেষ করে ঢাকা শহরে যানজটে মানুষ আজ দিশেহারা । কে কখন তার গন্তব্যে পৌছাবে তা কেও জানে না । সবাইকে ২ বা ৩ ঘণ্টা হাতে রেখে তার গন্তব্যে যাত্রা করে । এভাবে প্রতিদিন ৬ থেকে ৭ ঘণ্টা মানুষের অপচয় হয় । বসবাসের অনুপযুক্ততায়  এই  শহর বিশ্বের ২য় নম্বারে অবস্থান করছে ।

আবার  গ্রামের মানুষের মাঝে যে মানুষে মানুষে সম্প্রীতি বিরাজমান তা শহরের মানুষ গুলোর মাঝে পাওয়া যায় না। এমন কি তারা তাদের পারা প্রতিবেশিদের ঠিক মোট চেনেন ও না । গ্রামের মানুষ গুলো একজনের সমেস্যায় সবাই এগিয়ে আসে । গ্রামের যে কোন সমেস্যা তারা নিজেরাই সমাধান করে । কিন্তু গ্রামে কিছু কুসংস্কার রয়েছে । তারা কিছু ভ্রান্ত ধারনা পোষণ করে । এই জন্য বাল্য বিবাহ , অশিক্ষা সহ কিছু সমেস্যা প্রকট ।

ভাই আমি গ্রামে বসবাস করি আর শহরে লেখাপড়া করি। কলেজের ছুটি পেলে গ্রামের বাড়িতে বেড়াতে আসি। খুব আনন্দেই চলে যায় সময় গুলো। কিন্তু যখন ছুটি শেষ হয়ে যায় তখন গ্রাম ছেড়ে যেতে ইচ্ছে করে না। খুব মনে পড়ে ছোট বেলার গ্রামের বন্ধুদের সাথে কাটানো সময় গুলো। ভাবলেই মনের মধ্যে একটা আবেগী ভাব চলে আসে। মানুষ ছুটি পেলে গ্রামে বেড়াতে আসে, শহরে নয়  গ্রামের প্রাকৃতিক সৌন্দর্য মনকে বিলাসী করে তোলে। সত্যি বলতে গ্রামের কোনো তুলনাই হয় না। গ্রামকে খুব ভালবাসি। আপনার পোষ্টটা খুব  ভাল লেগেছে। ধন্যবাদ আপনাকে এমন একটি মূহুর্তে আমাকে পৌছে দেবার জন্য।
