@dexterdumb - I appreciate your honesty.  This was my first attempt to join one of  @mariannewest's #freewrite prompts.  The word prompt was **tart**.

Even though I never used the word in my post, I implied that a crude man called the main character a **tart**, which is a derogatory way to say that a woman is sexually provocative.  In her culture, she would be shamed if she had acted that way.  And even though she had not acted that way, she felt shame for the way the man publicly put her down.
