Last year, talking with someone from Hive, I've said something like this:
*Instead, or at least at same time, of financing kind of direct sales and evangelization (all that I abhor!), Hive should finance worldwide crypto events, send Crim and 2 others to Dubai, if it takes to much money to speak, to begin give them just Hive stickers and ask them to participate only as attendant and make friends. Hiro was there for some time, I'm sure of that. There's a decent sized German community, I don't think many showed up at web3 Berlin because they didn't get to handle that event. This is just the next installment in that direction. Look at the Hive meetups in South America, handled by South Americans - they explode in size.

I'm still also learning mate..
My advice is try to get some free courses online and try and try and try. I'm always available to help when I've time but I'm not a graphics pro, I just have fun making graphics, and that's enough to me.
