### Do your own research and Research yourself

Trying to negotiate for a business means that you have already done your research , know much about the other person  and where the business can lead to.

Be realistic , be ready ,set goals and place flexible boundaries of favour.

Time is important let your 12 p.m. be 12 p.m.  This means you must have studied yourself and know your best time of negotiation. Be of your best mood and have foresight.

Put yourself in place of your counterpart, react and try to read in details his wants, what he will choose to gain, his emotions and market actions on price.

Try as much as possible to find out the fulcrum , something that possibly link both of you. It may be that both of you are from the same country, or  the same state maybe both of you was at the same school or had some business in the past.
Try and get something that will take negotiation to a friendly discussion for a while.

One important thing you will never fail is to make a research ahead of time about the position of your counterpart.
Does he has the final say?
this will help you to know how to fall and help you study the long-term of the business.

### Location matters

To have some advantage in asking question choose a neutral place for negotiation if you have the opportunity.
Avoid noisy place and avoid standard conference hall if you are not used to that.

Finally put courageous smiles and be of full confidence .
