Salsa de tomate casera | Homemade tomato sauce.

Hola queridos lectores, amantes y aficionados de la cocina. 

Aquí estoy queriendo compartir con todos ustedes una rica, sabrosa, económica y rendidora salsa de tomate casera.

Esta rica y suculenta salsa la podemos elaborar con pocos ingredientes, sin embargo es muy útil en nuestra alimentación diaria.

Por aquí les dejo los ingredientes para elaborar salsa de tomate casera. 

> Necesitamos:

- 4kg de tomates maduros 
-1/4 de un pimentón
- 1 cebolla
- 5 dientes de ajo 
- 10gr de sal
- 10gr de azúcar 
- Orégano molido
- comino molido (una pizca)
- 4 hojitas de laurel 
- 1/2. Litro de agua

> Preparación:

Lavamos y picamos los tomates, la cebolla, el pimentón, y reservamos en una cacerola donde vamos a colocarlos y llevarlos al fuego por treinta minutos aproximadamente.

Una vez hierven, añadimos los dientes de ajo, y los condimentos como el azúcar y  la sal.

Dejamos hervir diez minutos más y apagamos para que enfríe.

Comenzamos a licuar sin añadir agua, una vez habiendo licuado todos los ingredientes cocidos volvemos a llevar al fuego hasta que haga ebullición y quede una  pasta espesa, reservamos en envases de vidrio y guardamos en el refrigerador.
