<div class="text-justify">Whenever I look around and see how our environments have degraded I wonder what kind of environment the next generation will come and meet. 

The issue of flood and global warming seems to be increasing, it's as if our environments are becoming vulnerable and weaker daily.

Pollution is one of the most talked about topics yet it is one of the practices that increases each day.

There is no environment you will visit that you won't find one form of pollution or the other.

Some time ago, I decided to take a walk down to one of the streams we used to go for fishing while we were kids, arriving there I couldn't recognize the place, erosion had destroyed the land and the water was dead, yes dead, I think don't think there are fishes in that water anymore.

Refuses and all kinds of waste are littered in the stream. The water has turned green and everywhere smelled bad.

I was devastated by the sight, what is our environment turning into? What will our children come and get? A dead environment?

We are blessed with a beautiful environment but in quest of looking for daily bread and other activities, we are destroying it.

We are complaining of heat, and climatic changes but we don't want to do the right thing, almost every day we are destroying the ozone layer with different kinds of gases and chemicals from our activities.

We burn all kinds of things just anywho we want, we use all kinds of machines that emit bad gases. We also have different companies, and industries that use machines that discharge smoke and other harmful Substances into the environment. With all these we should not expect the environment to be normal. 

I don't think there is any form of pollution that is greater than the other, each form of pollution has its bad side and those bad sides have a terrible impact on life.

The only thing I can say is that some kinds of pollution are higher in certain areas than they are in others.

There are many disadvantages attached to pollution; destruction of lives and properties, destruction of land, sources of pathogens, and so on.

ntrolled depending on the type of pollution, we can start taking action to save our environment by avoiding improper burning of refuse and usage of machines that emit bad gases.

We can avoid improper refuse disposal and also stop using chemicals on water bodies. Above all public awareness and education on the dangers of pollution and how to prevent it will go a long way to help.
