Espero que muy pero muy bien, hoy a sido un d铆a dulce para m铆, tengo a mis sobrinos en casa y quise consentirlos con un postre que a ellos les encanta, y hoy quise intentar hacerlos en casa por primera vez, v铆 una receta por internet y quise intentar hacerla. </div>

 <div class="text-justify">Mi sobrino mayor me ayud贸 en el proceso y entre los dos seguimos el procedimiento al pie de la letra, la mezcla nos qued贸 de la consistencia adecuada, pero se nos pas贸 10 minutos de cocci贸n y no quedaron banquitos sino que color beige claro jejejeje pero su sabor eran igual de ricos. </div>

<div class="text-justify">Lo primero que hice fue colocar en un bowl las claras de huevo, tienen que estar a temperatura ambiente, y con ayuda de una batidora de mano a velocidad media, comenzamos a batir, hasta que tengamos el punto de nieve, es decir que las claras est茅n firmes y levanten picos. </div>

<div class="text-justify">Luego en le vamos agregar el az煤car poco a poco sin dejar de batir, la mezcla se tornar谩 brillosa y m谩s consistente, y los picos ser谩n a煤n m谩s firmes.</div>

<div class="text-justify">Luego agregamos parte de la mezcla en una manga con la boquilla de nuestra preferencia. Si no tenemos podemos unas una bolsa pl谩stica para darle forma a los suspiros. Y en un bandeja colocamos papel de hornear y hacemos nuestros suspiro.</div>

<div class="text-justify">Llevamos al horno por 80 o 90 minutos a fuego bajo. Es bueno ir revisando si de vez en cuando, pero sin abrir el horno. A m铆 me quedaron color beige porque me descuide 10 minutos. :)</div>
