El Día Internacional de la Mujer Emprendedora hace un reconocimiento especial a todas esas mujeres que han tomado la batuta de los negocios y se han ganado meritos por su valiosa labor como trabajadora de sus propios ingresos, lo cual la hace empoderada y dueña de negocios donde los mismos son capaces de llegar a merecer la igualdad y la inclusión en el campo laboral con respecto a los hombres. <center> [Imagen extraida de Pixabay](https://pixabay.com/es/photos/mujer-trabajo-oficina-pizarron-4702060/)</center> Esto es una fecha que tiene detrás su lucha y hasta sus historias tristes, les dejo una anécdota rápida, en mi trabajo anterior la cual era una fundación muy bonita que apoyaba el emprendimiento tuve la oportunidad de apoyar en un programa para mujeres emprendedoras el cual constaba de varios talleres de formación en temas de finanzas, mercadeo y plan de vida, pero cual era la sorpresa que nos llevábamos, algunas de estas mujeres participantes iban a escondidas de sus esposos, incluso había una señora que había sido maltratada por su esposo para que no asistiera a taller. Historias como la de esta mujer fueron frecuentes, sin embargo, el empoderamiento tomo su lugar, yo soy mujer, madre, esposa, ama de casa y deseo colaborar en los ingresos para el hogar. Con el pasar del tiempo se ha descubierto que la mujer si puede llevar altos cargos administrativos, siendo buenas administradoras, jefes de recursos humanos, mujeres que están en la vanguardia del mercado y que hasta en los deportes también hay algunas destacadas. Aunque hay que aceptar que la igualdad no es tan igual cuando de condiciones físicas y trabajos pesados se trata. *De traer el dinero a la casa y de las finanzas me encargo yo…Dicen algunos esposos.* Pero que mejor control y administración que el de los suministros de una casa, las mujeres llevan el control de todo lo que se gasta en casa y que es lo que falta en la despensa y el tiempo que dura, imagínese todo lo que puede hacer con dinero para abastecer y rendir. La mujer emprendedora rompe con esos esquemas y el rol de la sociedad de la mujer como madres y ama de casa. Stories like this woman's were frequent, however, empowerment took its place, I am a woman, mother, wife, housewife and I want to contribute to the household income. With the passing of time it has been discovered that women can hold high administrative positions, being good administrators, heads of human resources, women who are at the forefront of the market and even in sports there are some outstanding women. But what better control and administration than that of the supplies of a house, women keep track of everything that is spent at home and what is missing in the pantry and how long it lasts, imagine all that can be done with money to supply and yield. Realmente ése es uno de los mayores desafíos de las mujeres emprendedoras y de todas las mujeres en general, poder salir airosas de esa batalla desigual por la igualdad, y digo desigual, porque me afinco en la historia de la señora que fue maltratada por su esposo, esa desigualdad física las oprime pero son admirables guerreras que no bajan la guardia y siguen luchando por hacer valer sus derechos en cualquier ámbito, y en este caso, el de ser parte del sustento económico de sus hogares, incluso, el personal.

Es verdad, muchas mujeres tienen la chispa de producir y por cuestiones de pareja evitar buscar la ayuda o preparación para lograr algo que desean. La preparación es muy importante porque no solo se les educa en emprendimientos sino que se llega a abarcar otros espacios en cuando a derechos como mujer. Saludos
