Sorry to have kept you waiting, a lot is happening. Plus i have not yet reassembled my PC, going to do that WHEN in Loma Plata, not before.
Around 19:00 i finaly went through security, they were surprised about the PC parts but it was all fine.
Had a smoke or two before ultimately around 21:00 bording the first flight to Paris de la gaule, getting a sandwich on the flight, a huge airport, had to take busses to get around, and it was warm in the airport, sweating like crazy the whole day though what with that heavy baggage and such, though less there, yes. From there my flight went to Sao Paolo. Met a few germans on the way, they only went to brazil but some had good words about paraguay and a tradition that they called "teerererere" - i believe that means using and reusing and reusing the same tealeaves, and i believe i have seen that as well. In any event on that flight there was a fullish meal, my neighbour on the flight went elsewhere and said hell "come back in the morning" as he did... yes, it is a long flight from paris to sao paolo.
MFW i learnt that there is absolutely no smoking in Sao Paolo Airport (or, as i since have been informed, in any public building)

Then, finally, we landed in paraguay. They had to find an immigration officer that could speak a different language to spanish to process me, yes. For indeed, this is the new world, everyone or even the majority of people working at the airport speaking english? That is the old world.
