"A day in my life: My Sundays

Okay, thanks to these great people who create time to bring this initiative our way. I would say, it is great to always have one initiative or the other to do every week, apart from the rewards, I enjoy the opportunity given to always express myself the best way I can.

This week's initiative is for us to write about ***our regular day of your life*** and I would love to pick my Sundays.

My Sundays are one of the best days of my life even though it is like my other days but my Sundays are routine. Every Sunday happens the same way. Other days are cool but nothing intresting because it is work days.

You might probably think it is boring which I do feel is most times, 🤣🤣🤣🤣 but then I have my Sundays which I decide what I want to do and not do.

My Sundays are what I call my free days, I so much love my Sundays because no work at all, no laptop to work just myself. I get to either sleep, watch movies, go to a friend's place, or go for fellowship.

I wake up as early as 6-6:30 am because I have to make it to church very early and as early as 7-7:30 because I am a worker in my church.

So I wake up, say my morning prayers, do my chores, really do not have much to do on Sunday morning. Go to take my bath and go to church. Lucky enough, since this lockdown, we dismiss church by 11:30 am to 12:00 pm and I have to wait for rehearsals since I am a chorister.

After rehearsals, I go back home and eat my lunch. I sleep so I can regain strength before preparing to go for fellowship. I come back home at exactly 5:00 pm and go to see my friends. Then go back home to eat and sleep.

This happens almost every Sunday and it is one of the best days of my life. I most times wish that we have two Sundays before Mondays and don't wish Mondays exist at all.
