Many times, we have refused to do something not because we can't do it, but because of our fear of failure. Fear has kept so many people and thousands of people looked up in their cage. Fear has deprived many people of their happiness because they are afraid of the future, they are afraid of the unknown, they are afraid of the things that are yet to see and don't even know will happen or will never happen.

Many times, we always feel like vanishing into the thin air or perhaps pray for the earth to open up and swallow us up because of our fear. I have many times been first of taking a step to do something and at the end of the day, regretted why I allowed my fear to get the best of me depriving me of success I would have had if I had taken that step.

Our fears over a particular thing even when we are not sure if the thing happening as given heart pain or perhaps headache even before we have the opportunity of trying out that thing or even before the thing we have been anticipating will happen to get to happen.

Life is about the survival of the fittest and if we let fear overwhelm us, then we are sure of not surviving a day in this world, it is not about what you have, it is about how much, you can overcome fear even when you are faced with it, it is how far you can go even in the face of fear. It is better to accept an honest defeat, knowing that you have tried your best, at least you did something than to sit down doing nothing because of fear.

Take a chance, don't rush it or don't rush yourself, take your time, pull yourself together, keep the energy, you can do it, you can rise, even if you fall, fail, tear down, tear it off like a band-aid but never let your fear put you down and you will be shocked at how much you can overcome your fear and the victory you will win when you never let your fear put you down.

In a man's life, the most important competitor opponent isn't the other opponent, but fear, fear will bring a man to nothing and make sure a man remains there wallowing in his or her shell. Even when he has got the ability, capability, intellect, and strength to win but fear will never make a man take a bold step.

Many men and women who are depressed and frustrated about life aren't because someone made them, they are frustrated, angry, bitter, and depressed about life because they let their fear overwhelmed and stopped them from taking so many good steps they should have taken whilst they were young and vibrant that would have made their future a better and happy place for them.

They are frustrated. They did not give themselves a chance to prove their worth because their fear of falling and failing had put them behind the scene and hid them from real happiness. They are frustrated because they regret letting fear taking over their life when they should have allowed confidence and boldness done that.

They regret because they allowed fear to deprive them of enjoying the now, the today while they were busy getting afraid of the future and the unknown that they never saw or may never see till the end of the world.

I say this today, it is not inherent for human nature to struggle against fear because we've got the power to crush it and subdue it but our inferiority and low self-esteem as made it become an everyday issue.

The only thing that should be foreign for humans is fear. We are afraid of doing things, we are afraid to go into a battle, we are afraid of starting up that business, we are afraid of taking a step, we are afraid of doing practically everything in life because we don't want to fail, fall, be mocked or laughed at and at the end of the day, because of our fear, we end up feeling remorse instead of training, failing, falling, and trying in real life.

We begin to build our thought around the negative things that would happen if we decide to give it a try, we being to imagine how we will fall, we begin to Hypervent about how we will be mocked and laughed at if we take a slow step even when we have a part of us, even when we can hear that little whisper and our inner mind telling us we are made for such things, even when we can feel that we are good and we've got everything within us to make it but fear won't let us take even a tiny and slow step.

Fear cripples our destiny and brings our life to ruin living us shattered, bitter, and frustrated about everything.

In as much as we refuse to work on our fear and let it go, we will end up dying feeling unfulfilled and bitter about life. Take the bull by its horn, take a slow and steady step even when it involves doing it one at a time, you are not competing with anyone, because the most terrible opponent is fear itself, beat it and you will get to the top.

Only those who can wait out the night will see the dawn and will be opportune as well to see the first rays of the sunshine and I tell you, it is worth it. In other words, only those who are ready to take a step even when it is becoming tiring, even when you feel like falling, even when your fear is telling you to let go will see the light at the end of the tunnel and I tell, you, then and only will you realize that your struggle, hope, confidence, hard work, persistent, are worth it.

There is nothing as sweet as waking up every day, over and over again to know that even when the world gives you a thousand reasons to be afraid, you are not afraid, there is nothing as happy and fulfilled to know that you start each day with confidence even when the fear keeps lurking around you in a tiny place, there is nothing sweeter than realizing that you've got yourself on hold and can go over and over a thing, you can do anything you so wish, again and again without fear of failure, without fear of the unknown, without fear of mockery or fear of falling.

There is nothing sweeter than conquering your fear every day of your life as you wake up and by doing that once, you realize how confident you have become in yourself even when no one is there to believe in you or have confidence in you, you already sure of yourself.

Our best confidence is ourselves, our best supporter is ourselves, our best cheerleader is ourselves, and how much we know that we can do just anything we set our minds to do even when no one is there to keep on cheering us. Not letting fear get the best of us and deprive us of our happiness is the best thing we can do for ourselves now and in the future.

When we overcome fear, we will be very glad we did it when we turn around to look back at our lives and how far we have gone and done by not letting fear get a grip on us. Fear is the worst thing that can ever happen to any man, get a grip of it, let go of it, and watch how you will get to the top even when you have thousands of opponents trying to push you down.

The most terrible opponent is fear itself, not others, so get a grip of your fear and scale through.

That's the best thing you can do for yourself and your future.
