Deliciosas Galletas de Chocolate // Delicious Chocolate Cookies
<div class="text-justify">Hola a todos! les cuento que hoy fue un día de mucho estrés para mí ya que estoy trabajando en la tesis para graduarme como ingeniero industrial, así que como sabia que seria un día pesado, se me ocurrió preparar unas deliciosas galletas de chocolate antes de empezar a trabajar, ya que dicen que el chocolate estimula la alegría y el cacao ayuda a la concentración, y vine a compartir la receta con ustedes.

## Ingredientes: // Ingredients: 
 
* 120 g de azúcar // 120 g of sugar 
* 60 g de harina leudante // 60 g self-rising flour 
* 50 g de mantequilla // 50 g of butter 
* 30 g de cacao // 30 g of cocoa 
* 60 g de chocolate en tableta // 60 g of chocolate in tablet 
* 1 pizca de sal // 1 pinch of salt  
* 1 huevo // 1 egg 
* 1/4 de cucharadita de polvo para hornear // 1/4 teaspoon baking powder 
* esencia de vainilla // vanilla essence

## Paso 1: // Step 1:

En un olla derretimos a fuego lento la mantequilla con el chocolate, y una vez derretido apagamos y dejamos enfriar.

>In a pot we melt the butter with the chocolate over low heat, and once it is melted we turn it off and let it cool.

## Paso 2: // Step 2:

Por otro lado, en un bol tamizamos la harina, el polvo para hornear, el cacao y sal y mezclamos todos los ingredientes.

## Paso 3: // Step 3:
 
Además en otro bol, batimos el huevo con el azúcar por unos pocos minutos o hasta que la mezcla esté blanca.

>Also in another bowl, beat the egg with the sugar for a few minutes or until the mixture is white.

## Paso 4: // Step 4:

A la mezcla anterior le añadimos la mezcla de chocolate y mantequilla y revolvemos.

>To the previous mixture we add the mixture of chocolate and butter and stir.

## Paso 5: // Step 5:

Finalmente añadimos la mezcla de la harina con el cacao y u poco de esencia de vainilla y revolvemos muy bien hasta que se integren todos los ingredientes.

>Finally we add the flour mixture with the cocoa and a little vanilla essence and stir very well until all the ingredients are integrated.

Y listo! en una bandeja que previamente untamos con un poco de aceite, ponemos montones de la masa y horneamos por 15 aproximadamente.

Sacamos las galletas del horno y dejamos enfriar un poco para comer estas deliciosas galletas de chocolate. Es una receta muy fácil y sencilla y que seguramente les va a encantar. Nos salieron 10 galletas con esta receta y no duraron nada en la casa jajaja.

>We take the cookies out of the oven and let them cool a little to eat these delicious chocolate cookies.  It is a very easy and simple recipe that you will surely love.  We got 10 cookies with this recipe and they didn't last at all in the house hahaha.
