Greetings to all the people who make life in this community every day, each one with their recipes and delicacies to taste. I haven't posted here for a long time, it's my third post, and this time I show you how I made a traditional cake, very delicious,
A cake for the snack of children and adults too. We all like cake.
I made this cake in an electric oven, it is one of those old ovens that my brother had and that was damaged, and he was able to repair it, it was a microwave oven, but in the end, it was only left as an oven.
So I decided to test if it really worked, so I immediately set out to make this cake. Thank God I had these ingredients at home. I am not an expert in making cakes, but the ones I have made have turned out very well despite everything.
Now I will tell you the steps performed in this recipe.

# Ingredients:
3 cups of self-rising wheat flour.
5 eggs.
2 cups of sugar.
Lemon zest.
Vanilla.
1 teaspoon of baking soda.
Oil for butter.
2 cups of milk.
A little bit of rum.
A pinch of salt.
A bowl, a baking tray.

**First, in the bowl, place the sugar and 3 eggs and a pinch of salt, and beat with the paddle until the sugar dissolves well.

Then little by little I am adding the flour, it should be sifted, and I continue beating, and thus I am placing the other two eggs that were missing.
Meanwhile I am also adding the milk so that the ingredients are integrated.

Having already all these ingredients and checking the consistency of the mixture, finally I add a teaspoon of baking soda, it is replaced by the baking powder that I did not have at the time.

I also add a teaspoon of vanilla essence, the lemon zest, and a little bit of rum.

Once everything was mixed, I already had the tray ready, I spread butter on it, and I put the wheat flour on it.

I pour all the mixture and take it to the oven, as it is electric, I place it directly and turn it on, letting it bake for 35 minutes, making sure it does not burn.
Since we were testing the oven as I said before.
And the final result, excellent, because the cake was very good and tasty, we already know at home that the oven works perfectly thanks to my brother who fixed it.

Saludos a toda la gente que dia a dia hacen vida en esta comunidad, cada quien con sus recetas y exquisiteces a degustar. Hace tiempo no habia publicado por aqui, es mi tercera publicación, y esta vez les muestro como hice un bizcocho tradicional, muy delicioso,
Un bizcocho para la merienda de los niños y de los grandes tambien. A todos nos gusta la torta.
Este bizcocho lo hice en un horno electrico, es un horno de esos viejos que mi hermano tenia y que estaba dañado, y pudo repararlo, era un horno microhondas, pero al final, sólo quedó como horno.
Entonces decidí probar si en verdad servia, así que de inmediato me dispuse a realizar este bizcoho. Gracias a Dios tenia estos ingredientes en casa. No soy experta en hacer tortas, pero las que he hecho me han quedado muy bien a pesar de todo.
Ahora bien les cuentos los pasos realizados en esta receta.

# Ingredientes:
3tazas de harina de trigo leudante.
5 huevos.
2 tazas de azucar.
Ralladura de limon.
Esencia de vainilla.
1 cucharadita de bicarbonato.
Aceite por la mantequilla.
2 tazas de leche.
Un poquito de ron.
Una pizca de sal.
Un bol, una bandeja para hornear.

**En primer lugar en el bol coloque la azucar y 3 huevos y la pizca de sal, y fui batiendo con la paleta, hasta disolver bien la azucar.

Luego poco a poco voy agregando la harina, esta debe estar cernida, y sigo batiendo, y así voy colocando los otros dos huevos que faltaban.
Mientras tanto tambien voy agregando la leche para que se vaya integrando los ingredientes.

Al tener ya todos estos ingredientes y revisando la consistencia de la mezcla, por ultimo agrego una cucharadita del bicarbonato, éste lo sustitui por el polvo de hornear que no tenia en el momento.

Tambien agrego una cucharadita de esencia de vainilla, la ralladura del limón, y el poquito de ron.

Una vez que ya mezclado todo, ya tenia preparada la bandeja le unté mantequilla, y le puse la harina de trigo.

Vierto toda la mezcla y llevo al horno, como es electrico, lo coloco directamente y prendo, dejando hornear por 35 minutos, observando que no se fuera a quemar.
Ya que estabamos probando el horno como dije anteriormente.
Y el resultado final, excelente, porque quedó muy bien el bizcoho y sabroso ya sabemos en casa que el horno funciona perfectamente gracias a mi hermano que lo arregló.
