<div class="text-justify"><p>The theme chosen for this week by friend @betzaelcorvo, and the illustration of @cabelindsay in this opportunity for me were a sign; “Stories of the Night”… I have many and songs that talk about it there are many, but today I'm going to risk bringing you another original song that when I wrote it became a revelation that would give my life a 180 degree turn.</p></div>

<div class="text-justify"><p>The lyrics are perhaps a little strong, since Hive Open Mic usually brings songs with lyrics focused on positive emotions, this one of course brings something very positive, but within a chaotic atmosphere, which was let's say, one of the most difficult stages of my life and thanks to which I could eradicate from my being, any emotion related to resentment and pain.</p></div>

<div class="text-justify"><p>I say it was a revelation because I unburdened myself by writing it and because it led me to make a crucial decision for my wellbeing. I was just starting college; I remember it was 2am and I was sitting near the window of my room contemplating the full moon that was at that time; many things were going through my head, especially something that told me that I had to get out of me what I felt, so I took my acoustic guitar and started to play some chords and then the lyrics flowed by themselves. Undoubtedly the night, the stars and the moon were the inspiration and still are. That same night in the midst of my dilemmas, I said to myself with great certainty: I must form a Rock band, and as time went by, so it was...</p></div>

<div class="text-justify"><p>For many years, not only at school but also in my social environment, I was a victim of bullying. I was a very introverted person, embarrassed and it was hard for me to make friends, I was always one of the best in class and I excelled in anything I did because I have always done since I can remember, what I set out to do with love and dedication. If you who read this were or are a victim of bullying, you will know exactly what it feels like to accumulate anger and sadness in your heart; it is something that wears you down physically and mentally a lot and also takes you to the dark side of your mind little by little, this is something that under no circumstances should be allowed ... </p></div>

<div class="text-justify"><p>That bullying stage was hard in my school years, I cried a lot and isolated myself for long periods of time. In college that was different, people respected me and with my mind free of storms, I was able to grow, evolve and improve even more my connection with people.</p></div>

<div class="text-justify"><p>The truth is that this song that I am going to play for you is called "Loco" (Crazy), literally this is how I felt in those times, I felt that I was going to go crazy and I must say with great pride that this song was my therapeutic session to get out of me, progressively, that which was hurting me, to then transform me into someone stronger at all levels and with a power of sensitivity and understanding much more conscious and elevated. The 1st time I played this song live with the rock band I had at that time - having already graduated as a psychologist - it was a complete and total catharsis, in fact, forming the band, as I told you at the beginning, was one of the goals I had set for my self-healing and believe me ... It worked.</p></div>

<div class="text-justify"><p>With this in mind I want you to know that this, in my opinion, is the best song I have ever written, to the point that it is my favorite of all the songs I have composed, it was also the favorite of all the musicians who accompanied me and who were part of my band in those years, besides that whenever we played it people went crazy (in the good sense of the word) for its energy and I think also because many made it their own.</p></div>

<div class="text-justify"><p>Listening to the lyrics you can probably understand in a way why I identified so much with the theme of the week and the art of our brother Cabe Lindsay.</p></div> 

<div class="text-justify"><p>Music has the power to help us know ourselves better and brings us closer to our unconscious in an immediate way, I am testimony that beyond my spirituality, music saved my life, it saved me from what in theory we should not live as people, since we are all unique and unrepeatable beings and that is the magic of life, in recognizing those differences and respecting them above any personal conviction.</p></div>

<div class="text-justify"><p>Thanks to each one of you who support me week after week, you are the best and as a bonus I bring you a demo I recorded of "Loco" with my band back then called Teoría Cero (Zero Theory), you have it subtitled in Spanish and English, just go to the video and in the lower right hand side in the settings you can change the language.</p></div>

> <div class="text-justify"><p>El tema elegido para esta semana por el amigo @betzaelcorvo, y la ilustración de @cabelindsay en esta oportunidad para mi fueron una señal; “Historias de la Noche” … tengo muchas y canciones que hablen de ello existen muchas, pero hoy me voy a arriesgar a traerles otra canción original que cuando la escribí se convirtió en una revelación que daría a mi vida un giro de 180 grados.</p></div>

> <div class="text-justify"><p>La letra quizás es un poco fuerte, ya que comúnmente en Hive Open Mic se traen canciones con letras enfocadas a emociones positivas, esta por supuesto trae algo muy positivo, pero dentro de una atmósfera caótica, que fue digamos, una de las etapas más difíciles de mi vida y gracias a la cual pude erradicar de mi ser, cualquier emoción relacionada al resentimiento y dolor.</p></div>

> <div class="text-justify"><p>Digo que fue una revelación porque me desahogué escribiéndola y porque me llevó a tomar una decisión crucial para mi bienestar. Estaba iniciando la universidad; recuerdo que eran las 2am y yo estaba sentado cerca de la ventana de mi habitación contemplando la luna llena que había en ese momento; por mi cabeza pasaban muchas cosas, especialmente algo que me decía que debía sacar de mi eso que sentía, así que tome mi guitarra acústica y empecé a tocar unos acordes y luego la letra fluyó sola. Indiscutiblemente la noche, las estrellas y la luna fueron la inspiración y lo siguen siendo. Esa misma noche en medio de mis dilemas, me dije a mi mismo con mucha seguridad: debo formar una banda de Rock, y con el pasar del tiempo, así fue…</p></div>

> <div class="text-justify"><p>Por muchos años, no sólo en el colegio sino también en mi entorno social, fui víctima de bullying. Era una persona muy introvertida, penosa y me costaba hacer amistades, siempre fui de los mejores en clases y destacaba en cualquier cosa que hacía ya que siempre he hecho desde que tengo uso de razón, lo que me propongo con mucho amor y dedicación. Si tú quien lees esto fuiste o eres víctima de bullying, sabrás exactamente lo que se siente acumular rabia y tristeza en tu corazón; es algo que desgasta física y mentalmente mucho y que además te lleva al lado oscuro de tu mente poco a poco, esto es algo que bajo ninguna circunstancia se debe permitir…</p></div>

> <div class="text-justify"><p>Esa etapa de bullying fue dura en mis años de colegio, yo lloraba mucho y me aislaba por largos períodos de tiempo. En la universidad eso fue distinto, las personas me respetaban y ya con mi mente libre de tormentas, pude crecer, evolucionar y mejorar aún más mi conexión con las personas.</p></div>

> <div class="text-justify"><p>Lo cierto es que esta canción que les voy a tocar se llama “Loco”, literalmente así me sentía en esos tiempos, sentía que iba a enloquecer y debo decir con mucho orgullo que esta canción fue mi sesión terapéutica para sacar de mí, progresivamente, aquello que me hacía daño, para luego transformarme en alguien más fuerte a todo nivel y con un poder de sensibilidad y entendimiento mucho más consciente y elevado. La 1era vez que toqué en vivo esta canción con la banda de rock que tuve en esa época - ya habiéndome graduado de Psicólogo - fue una catarsis completa y total, de hecho, formar la banda, como les dije al comienzo, fue una de las metas que me había trazado para mi auto-sanación y créanme…. Funcionó.</p></div>

> <div class="text-justify"><p>Teniendo esto en cuenta quiero que sepan que ésta, en mi opinión, es la mejor canción que he escrito, al punto tal de que es mi favorita de todas las que he compuesto, también fue la favorita de todos los músicos que me acompañaron y quienes fueron parte de mi banda en esos años, aparte que siempre que la tocábamos la gente enloquecía (en el buen sentido de la palabra) por su energía y creo que también porque muchos la hacían suya.</p></div>

> <div class="text-justify"><p>Al escuchar la letra posiblemente puedan entender de algún modo por qué me identifiqué tanto con la temática de la semana y el arte de nuestro hermano Cabe Lindsay.</p></div>

> <div class="text-justify"><p>La música tiene el poder de ayudar a conocernos más y nos acerca a nuestro inconsciente de forma inmediata, soy testimonio de que más allá de mi espiritualidad, la música salvó mi vida, me salvó de aquello que en teoría no debemos vivir como personas, ya que todos somos seres únicos e irrepetibles y ahí está la magia de la vida, en reconocer esas diferencias y respetarlas por encima de cualquier convicción personal.</p></div>

> <div class="text-justify"><p>Gracias a cada uno de ustedes que me apoya semana tras semana, ustedes son lo máximo y como extra les traigo un demo que grabé de “Loco” con mi banda de aquel entonces llamada Teoría Cero, la tienen subtitulada en español y en inglés, solo deben meterse en el video y en la parte inferior derecha en las configuraciones pueden cambiar el idioma.</p></div>
