 <center></center> Hello dear artist and cartoonist friends, I hope you are feeling very well today I want to share with you a painting that I did with acrylic paint on wood, but it is not just any wood, it is a piece of pine that I found in the garbage, so I took it and I restored all the wood by sanding it and repairing the damage it had until it was like new. Then I decided to do what I consider to be the most beautiful place in my country, although it has many, but for me Angel Falls is from another world, and even though my whole life may go by and I will never see it, in such a way that whenever I think of it It is a place full of a lot of fantasy. It is the highest waterfall in the world, and people have come from all over to enjoy it, it is cheaper for Venezuelans to go to any country in Europe than to visit this place, without a doubt it is a natural sanctuary given by our mother Nature, I hope you like and enjoy the painting. >Hola queridos amigos artistas y dibujantes espero que se encuentren muy bien hoy quiero compartir con ustedes una pintura que hice con pintura acrílica sobre madera, pero no es cualquier madera, es un trozo de pino que me encontré en la basura, así que la tomé y restauré toda la madera lijándola y reparando los daños que tenía hasta dejarla como nueva. Luego decidí hacer el lugar que considero más hermoso de mi país, aunque tiene muchos, pero para mi el Salto Ángel es de otro mundo, y aunque posiblemente mi vida entera pase y nunca vaya a verlo, de manera que siempre que pienso en él, es un lugar lleno de mucha fantasía. Se trata e la caída de agua más alta del mundo, y han venido personas de todas partes a disfrutarlos, a los venezolanos nos sale más barato ir a cualquier país de Europa que visitar este lugar, sin duda es un santuario natural obsequiado por nuestra madre Naturaleza, Espero que les guste y disfruten la pintura. <center></center> <center>PROCESS</center> |||| |-|-|-| |||| As I had previously commented, this wood was in the trash, I took it out of there to clean it and then sand it very well until all the impurities were removed, but there were two places where the wood was damaged so I repaired it with glue and sanding residue. On one of the parts I put glue and then part of the residue and let it dry for about 10 minutes, since the paste was a bit hard, so I sandpapered it over it until the entire surface was uniform. My dad taught me this trick, which I work with. for many years carpentry. In this way the wood was already ready to paint. >Como hacía comentado anteriormente esta madera estaba en la basura, la saqué de ahí para limpiarla y luego lijarla muy bien hasta quitar todas las impurezas, pero habían dos lugares donde la madera estaba dañada así que la reparé con pegamento y residuos del lijado. En una de las partes puse pegamento y después parte del residuo y dejé secar por unos 10 minutos, al estar la pasta un poco dura entonces pase la lija por encima hasta que toda la superficie quedara uniforme, este truco me lo enseñó mi papá que trabajo por muchos años carpintería. I also made the clouds but not with white directly but in a degradation starting from the darkest to the whitest. >Para comenzar a pintar hicela mezcla para el cielo, con blanco, azul ceruleo y azul ultramar, mezclando estos 3 colores saqué el tono para el cielo, pinte con un pincel muy suave toda el área incluyendo los lados, como es madera no quise dejar los bordes sin pintar. También hice las nubes pero no con blanco directamente sino en una degradación comenzando desde lo oscuro hasta lo más blanco. <center></center> |||| |-|-|-| |||| After having finished the sky, I start to paint the mountain and all the rocks, which according to the light reflection have a different tonality, going from white parts to ocher and orange parts, so I use these three colors to paint the rocks and also a brush that I always use to paint rocks is this one that has a slight diagonal cut, it is perfect to paint the rocks and make that effect stand out a lot. >Después de tener el cielo terminado comienzo a pintar la montaña y todas las rocas, las cuales segun el reflejo de luz tienen una tonalidad diferente, yendo desde partes blancas hasta partes ocres y naranjas, así que utilizo estos tres colores para pintar las rocas y también un pincel que siempre utilizo para pintar rocas que es este que tiene un ligero corte en diagonal, es perfecto para pintar las rocas y hacer que ese efecto sobresalga mucho. <center></center> |||| |-|-|-| |||| Next I changed the hue to grayer colors for the shadows and to a combination of ultramarine blue and green to make the shadows of the water when it falls, here it becomes a dark blue hue but without reaching completely black, so you just have to play with the mixtures until giving credibility to the colors. although we can also make them more alive as if it were an impressionist painting. >Seguidamente cambié de tonalidad a colores más grises para las sombras y a una combinación entre azul ultramar y tambien verde para hacer las sombras del agua cuando cae, aquí se vuelve una tonalidad azul oscura pero sin alcanzar el color negro totalmente, así que solo hay que jugar con las mezclas hasta ir dandole verosimilitud a los colores. aunque también podemos hacerlos más vivos como si fuera un cuadro impresionista. <center></center> |||| |-|-|-| |||| After painting the rocks of the mountain and the shadow that is in the cracks, also what would be the foot of the mountain, it is an area surrounded by huge trees and where the river flows, this part on video can be seen to be very beautiful. To do it I use a soft pencil to make the trees making quick brushstrokes and in a single point, thus giving the sensation of accumulated trees. In the same way I paint the river with its huge stones and the shadows between the trees. And as a final point, the great attraction, the falling water, for that I use a soft picen to blend, I make a line with a white point that I then blur with the picen in a circular and rapid way, and for the shadows of the water I mix the white with a little ultramarine blue. Using this same tonality I paint the clouds that are in the lower middle part of the mountain, in this way the painting was finished. >Despues pintar las rocas de la montaña y la sombra que hay en las hendiduras también lo que vendría a ser el pie de la montaña, es una zona rodeada por inmensos árboles y por donde fluye el río, esta parte en video puede verse que es muy hermosa. Para hacerlo utilizo un piencle suave para hacer los árboles haciendo pinceladas rápidas y en un solo punto, así doy la sensación de árboles acumulados. De la misma forma pinto el río con sus enormes piedras y las sombras que hay entre árboles. Y como punto final la gran atracción, el agua cayendo, para eso utilizo un picen suave para difuminar, hago una línea con puntura blanca que leugo voy difuminando con el picen de forma circular y rápida, y para las sombras del agua mezclo el blanco con un poco de azul ultramar. Usando esta misma tonalidad pinto las nubes que estan en la parte baja media de la montaña, de esta forma quedó finalizada la pintura. <center></center> <center>FINAL WORK</center> <center></center>    <center></center> <center></center> This is how Angel Falls was finished, the largest waterfall in the world, the wood measures 14 centimeters wide by 31 centimeters long, although it is a somewhat small surface, the painting can be distinguished very well, apart from i painted the edges of the wood and that makes it look better. There are so many things that we can take advantage of, like in this case wood, giving it a second chance and becoming something beautiful, without forgetting that wood, before being wood, was already a work of nature, a beautiful tree. Let's not waste things, so we will contribute to preserving our world. Hay tantas cosas que podemos aprovechar, como en este caso la madera, darle una segunda oportunidad y convertirse en algo hermos, sin olvidar que la madera antes de ser madera ya era una obra de la naturaleza, un hermoso árbol. No desperdiciemos las cosas, así contribuiremos a preservar nuestro mundo.
