Saludos reciban todos ustedes amigos lectores amantes de la comida. Tenia varios días ausente sin publicar pero decidí preparar esta comida para mi familia y a su vez compartirla con ustedes.

Esta es una receta fácil, económica y rápida de hacer. Aquí les detallo el paso a paso.

* 2 tazas de arroz.

* 4 tazas de agua.

* Solomo de res.

* Salsa 

* Berenjena, calabacín, pimentón, cebolla, ajo, cebollín, cilantro, zanahoria, papa.

* Brócoli y plátano para el contorno.

* Condimentos a gusto.

* Sauce 

* Eggplant, zucchini, bell pepper, onion, garlic, scallion, cilantro, carrot, potato.

Empecé por la carne, una vez picada, la sofreí con cebolla, ajo y ají. Deje que se cociera un 75% y reserve.

Luego era el turno del arroz, para ello pique los vegetales en cuadritos. Agregue las 2 tazas de arroz con un poco de aceite, al dorar un poco el arroz, agregue los vegetales y las 4 tazas de agua, cuando el arroz tenia un 50% de cocción, le agregue la carne para que terminara de cocinarse y le diera sabor al arroz Y agregue la salsa de soya. Una vez estuvo listo, reserve.

Por ultimo di cocción a el brócoli y freí las tajadas para acompañar el plato... Este fue el resultado.
