Hola amigos de Foodies Bee Hive, es un placer estar de nuevo con  ustedes. En esta oportunidad traigo una deliciosa receta de tortilla con queso mozzarella y espinaca. Es muy fácil y nutritiva ideal para una cena o desayuno rápido. A continuación te muestro el paso a paso.

3 huevos 
2 rebanadas de queso mozzarella 
Espinaca
Pimentón
Tomate 
Sal

Colocar en un recipiente los huevos, agregar dos pizcas de sal, batir los huevos muy bien. Luego ir agregando, el pimentón, el tomate y las espinacas.  

>Place the eggs in a bowl, add two pinches of salt, beat the eggs very well. Then add the paprika, tomato and spinach.

Luego poner a calentar una sartén y agregar un poco de aceite, seguidamente agregar la mitad de la mezcla, cuando ya esta endureciendo colocar el queso mozzarella y agregar la mezcla restante. 

>Then heat a pan and add a little oil, then add half of the mixture, when it is already hardening, place the mozzarella cheese and add the remaining mixture.

Inmediatamente tapar para que la cocción sea pareja, luego de que hayan pasados unos minutos voltear la tortilla por el otro lado. Cuando este dorada por ambos lados ya esta lista. 

>Immediately cover so that cooking is even, after a few minutes have passed, turn the tortilla on the other side. When it is golden on both sides it is ready.

Sacar y colocar en un plato, cortar como prefiera y servir.
