La felicidad para mí

La felicidad, esa que no sale en los comerciales, no es un destino final, sino un viaje que se recorre paso a paso, saboreando cada instante y agradeciendo cada paso.

No se trata acontecimientos virales ni ostentosos, sino de pequeños detalles, austeros para el ojo mal entrenado, pero llenos de luz y enriquecidos con presencias para el corazón dispuesto, cuál mosaico, conforman un cuadro hermoso y significativo.

Abrazar la felicidad en nuestra cotidianidad es un arte que se cultiva con paciencia y dedicación. Es un aprender a valorar los pequeños tesoros que se esconden en la rutina: el aroma del café recién hecho, las lágrimas del humo de la leña, el correr de los pequeños con una pelota o la calidez del sol en la piel.

La felicidad es la sonrisa que brota al disfrutar las cosas que nos hacen sentir bien y nos llenan de paz. Es una elección para honrar la belleza en lo ordinario y la magia en lo cotidiano.

La felicidad de estar con los seres que amo, eso es la felicidad para mí.

**Happiness for me**

Happiness, that which does not appear in commercials, is not a final destination, but a journey that is travelled step by step, savouring each moment and being grateful for each step.

It is not about viral or ostentatious events, but about small details, austere to the untrained eye, but full of light and enriched with presences for the heart, like mosaics, forming a beautiful and meaningful picture.

Embracing happiness in our daily lives is an art that is cultivated with patience and dedication. It is a learning to value the small treasures that are hidden in the routine: the aroma of freshly brewed coffee, the tears of wood smoke, the running of the little ones with a ball or the warmth of the sun on the skin.

Happiness is the smile that comes from enjoying the things that make us feel good and fill us with peace. It is a choice to honour the beauty in the ordinary and the magic in the everyday.

The happiness of being with the ones I love, that is happiness for me.
