Feliz día miércoles, amigos de mi comunidad favorita #FoodiesBeeHive, espero que gocen de buena salud.
 Hoy traigo una receta especial, con pocos ingredientes, fácil de hacer y muy deliciosa: **tortilla japonesa de huevos**
Lo impresionante de esta receta es lo delicioso que queda,si dudan de lo que le estoy diciendo , háganlo y me dirán si es mentira, eso si, échenle azúcar.

 Today I bring a special recipe, with few ingredients, easy to make and very delicious: **Japanese egg omelet**.

### ¿QUE INGREDIENTES NECESITAMOS PARA LA REALIZACIÓN DE LA TORTILLA?

 **2 huevos.**
**100 gramos de azúcar.**
**Una cucharada de mantequilla**.


>WHAT INGREDIENTS DO WE NEED TO MAKE THE OMELET?

> 2 eggs
100 grams of sugar
One tablespoon of butter.

#### PROCEDIMIENTO PARA LA ELABORACIÓN DE LA TORTILLA:

1.-Rompe la cascara del huevo.
2.-Separa la yema de la clara.

>PROCEDURE FOR THE PREPARATION OF THE OMELET:

>1.-Crack the egg shell.
2.-Separate the yolk from the white.

3.- Con una batidora, bate la clara del huevo, hasta punto de suspiro.
4.- Agrega azúcar y en mi caso le coloqué unas góticas de limón, es opcional a mi me gusta .

4.-Add sugar and in my case I added some lemon drops, it is optional, I like it.

5.- Clara de huevo lista

6.- Colocar el sarten en la candela y agregas un poquito de mantequilla, para que tenga un poco de grasa.
7.- Echas la yema del huevo a freír, trata que no se queme.

>6.- Place the frying pan in the fire and add a little bit of butter, so that it has a little fat.
7.- Add the egg yolk to fry, try not to burn it.

8.- Ahora agrega la clara de huevo, sobre la yema frita.
9.- Baja la llama y coloca una tapa, deja cocinar por 5 minutos.

9.-Lower the flame and place a lid, let it cook for 5 minutes.

10.-  Después que bajes de la candela, espera que enfrié, lo cortas por la mitad y coloca uno encima del otro.
